I had a package that I needed to send and arrived at the store before it opened. I did not realize they open at 9:30 on Saturday. This very kind man - I think his name was Michael opened the door and let me in and processed my package even though they did not open for another 20 minutes. Thank you.

Just drove 25 mins to drop off a package on a Sunday and they’re closed at 3:35 when signs say they’re open until 4. I guess the rest of the reviews are right. Won’t bother with this location again.

The policy from USPS they should take your package and give you the receipt but they don’t wanna give you the receipt and I stole your package

Im.not sure the actual problem with the negative reviews I use this location all the time they are accommodating, friendly, polite, and efficient I highly recommend them and please learn the hours it'll are things easier for yourself

Today is June 2nd at 6:40 p.m. I arrived to have a package sent back to amazon. I opened the door and two ladies were shutting the store down and told me that they were closed. I asked them it says on the door you close at 7:00 and I was told we closed when the truck leaves. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to go to the store because they closed at 7:00. Management needs to know that they are closing early and if that is acceptable with management you need to change your hours of operation on your door.

This store packed and shipped a item worth $1,500. When the buyer received the item it was significantly damaged. The owner stated that he had filed a claim with UPS however UPS was changing their system for claims and it would be a little while. Well needless to say it's been months and I finally contacted ups and they indicated they had no claim on file. Shameful and unethical business in my opinion

Wish I could give it zero stars. First thing I am told is my simple printing order is a huge hassle. After the print appears off the page I am told there is nothing else we can do for you. I was in total disbelief. Very disappointed.

The lady helping me today was very rude and very unwilling to do anything. She definitely doesn’t need to be working at this place.I have never had an issue at the store but I had to chance my 5 start rating because of how rude this lady was.

I strongly urge anyone NOT to use this location for their PO Box. We recently moved and had to switch PO boxes from USPS to a local UPS store. I am a property manager and work for three different companies. I explained this while opening the box. To make sure mail is placed by the PO Box number instead of the business names. Makes more sense that way. I am responsible for collecting rent on over 30 properties monthly. Ever since we switched to this location ,Rent has gone missing left and right. We never had an issue with the actual USPS service and receiving mail on a timely basis. This creates huge legal issues as evictions were pending, tenants saying they paid rent and never received , receipts sent to prove that it was mailed out. Needless to say this made my job much more difficult over something so simple as receiving mail. When I spoke to the owner he reassured me that this would not happen again. That it was an error on his employees Side handling the mail improperly and being ill trained . Why would you have ill trained people handling important mail??? I decided to give it another two weeks sure enough rent still went missing. Some are just not filed correctly or they are returned even though the address clearly states the correct PO Box number. I am stuck on a one-year contract and refund is not an option. Seems ridiculous as obviously this mail service is unreliable . Very highly unorganized establishment. Owner seems to be joking around most of the time not taking anyone seriously and not professional. Plenty of other UPS stores around here to use even if I have to drive the distance.
