These great people are on top of it. They reached out with a friendly phone call to quell any misgivings I may have had and it was REFRESHING. They really went the extra mile. 5 stars. My 3D printer is amazing as well. Also 5 stars. Adventurer 5m pro is plug and play! I recommend.

Sales department is awesome, Jordan is so helpful he helped me find the perfect filament. I met the owner too. He is such a cool and fun guy, and I love the entrepreneurial spirit. He’s got some great interns working there, all so nice. And Ryan was great to meet too. All great people working there. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff, great selection of products and love they are a Bambu reseller. I can get parts so much faster than through Bambu’s shop. Highly recommended.

Ultimate 3D Printing Store is one of, if not the best hobbyist store I've been to. The outside is a little sketchy at first glance with the giant warehouse, but the inside is super clean and welcoming. Ryan and Justin are very nice and willing to go out of their ways to help their customers. Definitely will go back if I ever need more emergency parts / filament at a great price!

The guy who owns this place Roy is the definition of a total snob. He thinks he's above everyone else when he can't even read at a 3rd grade level. Egotistical maniac would be the best two word description. Terrible to employee's and overworks them until they quit. I'll be surprised if this company lasts another 2 years.

Went there in person. Im a complete newbie to the 3D printing world and the guy helped out, provided good tips, and helped me get the filament I wanted. Really cool environment they have there with all the 3D prints on display as well!

My experience with U3DPS has been nothing short of outstanding. I was looking to buy a Flux Beamo and U3DPS offered a very competitive open box price that interested me, but I wasn't sure if the company would be reliable when it came to support. Luckily, testimonies for U3DPS from other Beamo owners in the Flux Facebook group were glowing, so I reached out to the sales team to get a few extra questions answered. Natalie was knowledgeable, friendly, and reassured me about my open box concerns, so I went ahead and purchased my machine.The Beamo arrived safely, but the outer box was heavily damaged in shipment and I was missing two items in my accessories box. As I was required to keep the shipping box for at least a year (as per warranty) and the missing accessories included an important vent clamp, I emailed support and Zeth immediately replied the same day and told me he had shipped out a new box with the accessories, no questions asked. He even gave me a call to make sure the machine was okay!Since then, I've corresponded with Zeth when my Beamo has had minor issues and he always responds promptly in an engaged and caring way. I really appreciate the effort that U3DPS' representatives put into resolving customer questions and I feel reassured that I have top-notch service to help me deal with any problems my machine might have. I would wholeheartedly recommend U3DPS to anyone. :)

Purchased a tool head for a lulzbot, including shipping to Australia via the website. 2 weeks later nothing, I contact them they said they are looking at shipping options, which is odd because I paid for Fedex international at checkout. They then told me shipping would be another $230-300 USD on top of what I already paid. Needless to say I cancelled the order, stay away from their bait and switch tactics.

cant figure out how to edit a review but hopefully this will cancel out my 2 star reviewUSPS sucks and UPS mail inovations seems redundant, but a week after it was delivered it showed up. Will buy from again I'll just have to fork up the extra money for better shipping
