“My sister and I needed a place to store a few totes, so we went with Extra Space Storage and I'm glad we did! It's in a convenient location for us, there were no hassles with accessing and locking up our stuff anytime we needed, and the staff were ready to help if we had any questions (we didn't need much, but it's great to know that friendly and professional assistance was always on-hand). “The inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor.Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.”

All good but the security of customers at this place located on Nebraska ave and have no security,any one can get in that yard and do whatever...I was putting the key back on the safe box and a homeless guy was next to me and I had to tell him to back off,he was too close and asking for money.Security is very weak there..that's why I gave it 4 stars.I have NO complaints about the service..service is 5 stars.”
