“The inside of the vehicle, with the exception of the trunk as its to be expected, was very dirty. Even the seats were coated with dirt and stains. There was some kind of splatter on the driving cabin ceiling and visors from previous users that had not been cleaned. There was also a crack to the sliding back door window that had not been repaired. There was also a strange lingering odor.Other than that, the car was reporting low tire pressure, but upon inspection a new tire had just been placed on the van. The pick up and return process was smooth, painless, and very easy. I was pleased with the ease of reserving a vehicle, picking it up, and the vehicle actually being there and ready. For a first time experience renting and using a U-haul vehicle I am pleased. I just wish the car would have been cleaner on the inside.”
“This is the place to go if you want great service. Sarah and Alex were absolutely awesome people. They were very helpful and understanding. To help us with our out of state move the gave us a couple extra days just in case of something unforeseen happened. Who would have known that those couple extra days were a stress saver. “Amazing service! Moving is never fun and such a chore. Reserved the truck on line and picked it up without any issues. Ended up needing the truck an extra day and just called the office and they were very kind and worked with us and was able to return it a day late. Truck was clean, had a full tank of gas, and the whole process other than the actual move was cake! Definitely recommend this U-Hal dealer.”

“The people were friendly but not really clear on the process. The attendant told me there was a 1/4 tank of gas but there was less than a 1/4 tank when I left. I drove the vehicle for 15 miles put 2 gal of gas in the vehicle, then was charged a $30 fuel fee plus, a 4 gal surcharge of $18. Buyer beware of "additional fees" that should not have been charged.
Update** Was contacted by the manager for the Citrus Park site and was refunded for the oversight of fuel charges. I updated to 4 stars knowing that was an innocent mistake that was made good.”

“After the jump start it immediately started up so I could finish my move. Was so excited because I didn't have to take my furniture that we put on the truck off and place on another truck. Thanks be to God and the swiftness of 2 of the staff members that assisted we continued the move, got everything moved to the new location in 2 hours. Thank you for U-haul and it's kind Manager Dayna for all she assisted with making a smooth transition from one phase to the other. Job well done!”

“I can not say enough good things about Uhaul's Odessa (FL) location! After my auto-trailer reservation was abruptly (& unexpectedly) cancelled/reshuffled from two other locations in New Port Richey & Port Richey to Odessa, I was not thrilled about having to make a ~12-mile/25-minute out of my way drive in rather heavy Tampa area traffic to pickup this next closest auto-trailer, which I needed to haul my teenager daughter's first-ever car back home (~6 hours away). Nevertheless, without a better option, I made the drive to Odessa and was immediately greeted by a super-friendly Uhaul employee, Ms. Stephanie Walker, who was absolutely AMAZING to work with and helped get my newly-rented auto-trailer hooked up, safety checked, and on my way ASAP. Stephanie could not have been more proactive or helpful if she had tried....and considering the prior aggrevation dealing with two previous cancelled-reshuffled-and-cancelled-again reservations at other Uhaul locations, Stephanie very much 'saved the day' in terms of an overall positive Uhaul experience! :)”
