Kathy is the best, so helpful and sweet! Was moving out of one of our units and she offered to help because she lifts weights. I’ll have to remember that next time!! Great customer service and super kind. Another reason we love StorQuest Self Storage!!

I’m not one to post a ton of reviews, but my experience with StorQuest has been nothing short of awesome. Most facilities will not accept packages and put them in your storage unit for you. StorQuest not only does this, but then send me a message to let me know when they’ve done so. In my business, I cannot tell you how important this communication can be. Nina and her team do a fantastic job and are there whenever I have any questions or concerns. A++++++ Service!!!

This location is managed and run by two incredible ladies. My wife had to move to another state for work resulting in us living separately for first time after living together for a decade. While we tearfully unloaded our unit, the lovely lady working that day had some keen intuition and brought us snacks, cold waters, providing warmth and kindness to an otherwise very emotional and difficult time.Can’t praise them enough, great people to do business with.

Kat and Nina were great to work with. Professional, friendly and very helpful (we had a few glitches in our move day). The storage unit was clean when we arrived, gate codes worked and there were no surprises in the agreement. It was refreshing to experience good customer service for a switch.

This is the best storage facility in the Odessa/Trinity area if not the best in Tampa! Very helpful staff, very clean and safe, a variety of size options, and above all very flexible with changing units based on your needs. I've had 3 different units with them and switched multiple times based on the volume of my stuff. Recommended for sure
