We got this in June since we were moving without an address, not sure where we'd end up in Florida. They had longer hours when we purchased, and all our mail gets forwarded here. I believe they were open 7 days a week, 10 to 6. We can only drive there on the weekend and they now only open Saturday, and for shorter hours. We have driven here (unfortunately a 30 minute drive) several times to find you closed and having shorter hours posted than originally offering.
You've always been kind and helpful, but we both remember hours as being longer? We don't do the open and send pictures because of the cost and so much duplicate mail, especially insurance and medical. Thanks.

I have tried to use this location 3 times now. I said tried because I have had to leave since no one helped me. I have shown up simply to drop prepaid packages off and there is only 1 employee. the first time she was helping a man on the computer and after 10 mins of no acknowledgement of the other customers waiting I left. The second time I went to ship a large framed piece of art. They did not have the supplies to do so and I had to go elsewhere. The third time again there was 1 employee and she was helping someone ship small packages, he had several. She never acknowledged us other customers or called for someone to help. We waited and waited and it was apparent this was going to take too long so myself and the man in front of me both left.

Great customer service! Print projects are made easy with this local printing resource. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also easy to send out UPS and Fedex packages. Amazon returns are excepted, ask staff for more information.

I had my wedding invitations designed here by Sabrina and they turned out absolutely amazing. I loved the glittery silver cardstock they had for the save the dates. I was able to ship out all of my invitations, RSVPs and thank you cards easily with Tracy, the store owners help. I tried printing everything at home but the quality didn't match what they could do at the store.I was also able to get a lot of my paperwork notarized there after the wedding which was highly convenient as I didn't want to wait in the court house or pay more there.They do Amazon returns, mail with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL (which is international so it's useful for a lot of Etsy shops.)They also have virtual mail and so much more. There's not much that PostNet can't do and I really appreciate all the help the staff goes through when I'm trying to mail something internationally because the addresses aren't written quite the same, but since I've been shipping with PostNet I haven't had a problem. Highly recommend.
