Got directed to them through my provider's insurance plan (Assurant) - they are an authorized T-Mobile repair shop.I couldn't leave the hospital, so sent to shop through Uber package. I expected to do the same on return. Was pleasantly surprised when one of the owners delivered the repaired phone directly to my hospital room!”

This T-Mobil team knows their stuff and couples their great customer service with efficiency and patience. Thomas, Cherie, Matthew, Ishaan, and Justin are assets to the T-Mobil company. I had a few issues with my phone, and they knew what to do at every turn. I had actually visited TWO other locations in a single day and was NOT satisfied with the service I was receiving. I walked out of both more perplexed than when I went in. After leaving the other two locations (New Tampa/ Bruce B. Downs and Hilsborough/Armenia), having received wrong information, I drove out of my way to the Lutz location. My issues were solved immediately and accurately. I will only be dealing with the Lutz location from now on even though the other location is 3 minutes from my house. “Reasonable & fast. We went on a Friday afternoon and I dreaded the idea of leaving the teenager’s phone over night. The gentleman explained the problem and process to fix. He also provided us with pricing and a timeframe for completion. We agreed to leave the phone for service, my teenager’s iphone was fixed and returned in hours. If the above information isn’t provided, I suggest the customer becomes an informed consumer and simply ask for the information before leaving any electronics. “David and Moe are the best! I came in with my old Android with the screen cracked, barely functioning, and these guys helped me upgrade to the IPhone 13 for a great price and spent about an hour and a half trying to help me recover the info off my old phone.I did trade in the old phone phone for the wall mount of the new phone (since apparently Apple expects you to pay all this money for a phone and doesn’t even include the wall plug). Anyway, I went back the next day because all my information was still in the old phone (since the screen was cracked it was hard to work on it since the screen and apps were all jittering and jumping around) but Moe spent another half an hour patiently helping me wipe the old phone clean before they sent it away.Kudos to these guys! They’re the best and I’m definitely recommending them to anyone with Metro!”
