Robert and team were honest when the local Ford dealer advised I needed a whole new oil pan when in reality the ford dealer didn’t properly seat the oil drain plug. Robert got the part in 2 hours or less I was on my way. Thank you guys!

Very nice staff and great service. Being a female I was concerned they might try to charge me more than the fair rate. Ended up getting a better price than what my husband expected for the repair. Would definitely recommend!

Been using Plaza Firestone for five years to take care of the family vehicles. Started when Ron was running the place.
New management is providing the same good service and honest advice. Use them with confidence.
A few days ago, I got a new-to-me 10 year old truck to replace my 20 year old truck and took it there for oil change and alignment.
While doing the courtesy check they identified an issue where outboard side of my brake pads were completely worn down and inboard side of brake pads were not. They also sent me a short video of the pads to my phone.
I was skeptical and since I was home did an internet search to see if this is a real possibility. It turns out brakes can get stuck on one side due to (grit, dust, grime, rust, etc) getting into the caliper works. The pictures on internet looked like the video plaza firestone sent, and the internet gave the same advice they did (replace pads and rotors if scorched).
They got the work done in a few hours. It turns out the alignment was good and not needed. The truck was pulling to the right due to the brake dragging.
I will keep going back.

These guys are doing it right. Stopped in with a slow leak and they plugged it in 10 minutes and I was off. No charge which I was not expecting. Will use them in the future.

Took in to replace headlight. It was a loose wire. Instead of charging me for a new headlight they tighten the wire. Honest and trustworthy.
