I really wish they understand the way I ask them to cut my hair. I have a short short hair and I so hard to get someone that cuts the way I want it. I just go back because of the price :)

Haircut is fine. Tried to pay with card. Turned down because I tried to tip 3$ on a $17 cut. Minimum suggested tip was $5 or 30%. I tried entering $3 twice. No joy. People are trying to give tip guilt. Next time I give nothing.Service: Haircut

This is the first time I've had such a horrible experience here as this must have been a new hairstylist (Sunny?) who had no idea what she was doing because my haircuts here have been fine up until today. She pulled on my hair the entire time and I have curly hair. You do not pull on curly hair when you cut it. I told her I only wanted layers in the back and she put them everywhere. She also combed her own hair midway through the haircut with her hands and immediately went back to doing my hair which is disgusting! The whole time all I could smell was the cigarette stench coming from her hands. Her name was Sunny according to the receipt so I would definitely not recommend that stylist if you have curly hair. Maybe if it was straight hair she could cut it? But absolutely not curly hair. She also had me style it myself which is strange? Isn't that what you're being paid for? I feel so bad that my husband was tricked into giving this woman a tip. She needs to learn other hair textures and that you should not be combing your own hair when doing someone else's, you also shouldn't force your client to style their hair when that is literally your job.

It was the fastest haircut I've ever received. Unfortunately it was one of the worst as well. I had to go to another barber to try to fix it. It was obvious that she was rushing for some reason. There weren't too many customers in there, I don't understand the urgency. Safe to say I'll never return

Checked in online 45 mins before going in and no record of me checking in. Was told I would have to wait all over again at the end of the list. Not my fault the system is not working correctly I have done this numerous times and never had an issue in the past.Walked out won't be back.

Went in for a drastic, fun look. Walked in with long hair and out with a new look. Was a bit nervous. But they did an amazing job! I was able to check in online, which saved me time.
