They're quick to make an appointment with, it's pretty clean for a veterinarian place (you pet owners know what I mean), and the staff are always friendly.

The worst veterinary experience I have encountered in all my years of having pets. Did not find the medical experience to be a good one or accurate totally unprofessional staff.

Dr Darren made a plan when he worked for Elrich Animal Hospital that I should get pet insurance cause my french bulldog would possibly need soft pallet surgery. He looked at me with his big dumb grin saying get insurance I won't put anything down. Months go by and and the good vet gets his own practice. I got insurance and made a claim. I go to his office and he looks at me in the eye and said, " there's nothing in your records that could get this denied". Weeks go by I've now spent a $500 on insurance and made a claim. I was told the claim was denied cause Dr idiot put down that we talked about a pre-existing condition. When I contacted him he said I had to legally put that down and he would give me a break. Soft pallet surgery at full price but we'll break up the payments. Dude is an absolute scam artist. Don't go to this vet if you live in Starkey. Drive 10 mins down 54 you'll get a much better deal at a much better more honest vet

I took my dog to this vet, and it was a complete nightmare. The waiting area was dirty and smelled horrible. The veterinarian dr.sheridan seemed uninterested and rushed through the examination. They didn't answer any of my questions properly and gave vague explanations. To make things worse, my dog's condition worsened after the treatment they provided. I regret going to this vet and would advise others to stay away. I don't know why they let people like dr.sheridan become veterinarians in the first place! dr.sheridan is a failure and has failed me and my dog. I wish i could give zero stars for this place.

Never take your pet to Dr.Sheridan. He and his staff have absolutely no compassion and only in the business for the money. My favorite part is having to wait over an hour for a appointment I had already scheduled. And then being told "we'll call to follow up" with absolutely no follow-up! Probably for the best. The receptionists are rude and fowl-mouthed.

If you care for your pet, go somewhere else. The fees are always more than they say they are. Yet you get to walk in and have an immediate appointment for extra, good grief.

Terrible experience here. Broguht my dog in for a usual check-up, was told my dog was fine. Went to another Vet just to be sure. No, my dog was not fine. Nice to know the staff is so careless when it comes to treating pets. Would recommend avoiding this place.

Absolutely horrible experience. Dr. Sheridan canceled the surgery for my pet less than 2 days before it was scheduled for no good reason leaving my baby to continue to suffer unnecessarily while I find another vet to take care of her. So unprofessional, both him and his staff. I would recommend staying far away from this place. So much for putting the needs of their clients first. Such a HUGE disappointment.

Our pets receive first rate care by a staff that is both very competent and compassionate. Dr. Sheridan spends as much time as needed to thoroughly examine our pets and answer all our questions. We've been in the Odessa area for 25 years and find Dr. Sheridan to be best vet in the area by far.

Doctor and staff are amazing. Also great with prices. They got my cat in for surgery the next business day and she is doing so much better! Definitely recommend!

I have used this place once and will use them again. I thought when the vet called and debriefed me on his exam he was helpful and thorough. They still dont let people in becuse of Covid which I find a little rediculous but it is what it is. I did get some helpful information from the front desk that help me save some money on my dogs daily calcium pill. They are a bit cheaper than the last place I went for the past twenty years, but not a lot.

Shady business practices. Unwelcoming and incompetent reception staff. I called on Day 1 to get some basic information and a price/quote - even approximate - that the receptionist refused to provide, arguing that only the vet would know. I was told I'd get a call back, however when I called again on Day 2 for a follow up, another lady was also unable/unwilling to give me any price estimation and said - read carefully - that I'd have to "book an appointment first in order to get a rough estimate". Booking an appointment with them isn't free and you need to make a deposit beforehand.

Dr Sheridan and staff are all excellent. This is a very caring vet office . Both of my pets have recd excellent care in sickness and in health . Priced very reasonable and if needed hascalays fit me in . Highly recommend!

AVOID THIS VET! They charge an arm and a leg for things that cost much cheaper elsewhere. The staff are ridiculous. Getting someone to answer the phone and get back to you are a lost cause. Should someone ever pick up the phone, they are completely rude.

Appointment makers beware. This Veterinarian clinic is shady at best. Made an appointment as a new patient, they couldn't see us for a whole week. They had us put down a $25 deposit just to make an appointment and said we can cancel at anytime unless it's the day before or the day of (I can't remember) .... We have more than 10 days notice that we had to cancel to go to another vet and they couldn't refund our money without us physically going IN to the office. So they can charge the $25 without the card , but can't refund you without you bringing your card IN to the office! Ridiculous!! This is 2021 , they should be able to refund on the spot. This is a deceiving and shady way of doing business and I plan to put on the neighborhood Bexley page that this office is a scam. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company and saving myself the trip. One way or the other , they won't be getting my $25 for their BS policy.
