If you could go anywhere else do so. The staff, all of them are rude. Their hours suck! They do not care about customer service. They never answer the phone. The pharmacy is always closed. The pharmacy never returns calls and so much more. I walked into the store to ask about the pharmacy hours, and the one girl told me that they were closed until 230. Another blonde one who is stocking sitting on the floor, decided to interrupt her and say 2 o’clock and gave me attitude because I said the pharmacy is never open. This is by far the worst pharmacy’s and Stores I’ve ever been to. I’ve called corporate on numerous occasions to complain. The reason why the store is rated so poorly is because of their customer service. Their pharmacist is absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my life.

They do not have any price tags on the cosmetics. I personally feel like this is so when they have coupons that they can just raise the prices. There have been a few times that I have been followed around the store. I like to take my time looking around when I am in a store. Every time I was in an aisle this lady just happened to be fixing the shelves no matter where I went. I always spent a lot of money in this store. It is so insulting. I started to get me prescriptions filled in other places just to avoid having to go in here for anything.

There is no option to speak with a pharmacist- only to leave a voicemail. Then, they just don't call you back. They just simply don't return calls. So why have a voicemail system then? Good luck getting any updates on delayed, out-of-stock medication & no help finding other locations who might have the meds in stock. The way of the world - nobody cares anymore.

The staff at the store is wonderful. Andrea, the assistant store manager honored a promo code on a photo project I had ordered online and was super helpful, professional and friendly. Marian also kindly helped me with two tedious transactions and was pleasant and patient throughout. I was very impressed!

I just left this location after purchasing hair, color, and wine. I was followed around from an employee. I purposely went from one aisle to the other, just browsing to see if he was around me and he was. He was clearly profiling me because when I went to check out at the self check out his coworker was standing right behind me ready to look at my items. My husband and I both have six figures incomes, are from a military background and surely don’t need to steal hair color in a bottle of wine. There were Caucasians in the store, and it didn’t seem like they were following them around. I felt like a target because I am Hispanic. As we left the store and drove off in our vehicle, the same guy came out to act as if he was changing the garbage can. This is disgusting behavior.

Noone answers the phone-- due to being short staffed they explain. They said that if you leave a message, you will receive a callback within an hour or two. Not true. For months now, anytime myself or other 5 family members have left messages, we have never once received a call back, not even days later. Whenever we have a question or concern, our only option is to make time to go in person, regardless of how small or urgent the question or even how sickly we may be at the time. Two years ago they were not so bad, but this past year, just the worst possible pharmacy.

CVS is the worst pharmacy ever. All healthy but selling alcohol to this day. Not helpful, false online advertisement.

Touch & go. Nice, new CVS - but pharmacy is not consistent. Sometimes they don't answer the phone & it goes to voicemail. Even if you leave a voicemail in the morning, they don't return the call. So you hope a response in a day or two for meds you need. One pharmacist (blonde) with a bunch of tattoos is a bit rude & condescending. A bit of an attitude. Unfortunate. Love CVS, but going to be tough to keep prescriptions there

Superb. The store itself is always clean and well stocked; the staff (outside the pharmacy itself) are helpful. The staff tending the pharmacy itself are exceptional: helpful, understanding and patient regardless of the inertia billing my insurance often comes with. In particular, unlike many other pharmacies including other CVS stores, they are not at all judgemental and are truly there to help you. Some of the medication I'm prescribed can also be difficult to find readily available, but they've always been in stock here as well. Can't say enough praise for the quality and example this store and its staff set.--Edited to fix a quick typo.

The new phone system in the pharmacy is the dumbest thing I'm ever seen. I've left 3 messages with no call backs over 3 days. One with a human at the front desk. Looks like it's back to Publix.

Bathrooms are in horrible condition (despite being such a new building). It sucks that this is the case because they have such a beautiful selection of products. Hopefully they fix the bathrooms and start to take pride in their store a little bit.It seems as though they have hired some very young girls to work here. When I had questions about products in the store and placement of certain products I got a lot of blank stares and no real answers. Management has a lot of work to do.

The entirety of CVS Pharmacy has participated in closing for lunch since February of 2022. It is posted in multiple areas in and outside of the store. It is even sent via text message when your script is ready. This is so the PHARMACIST can take a lunch. When the pharmacist is at lunch they are not allowed to serve customers. There is only 1 pharmacist in at a time. They work 13 hours with only 30 min off. The store now has wifi that is for use with the CVS app so coupons will work. And no...most CVS stores are NOT 24 hours. The pharmacy is open 13 hours a day during the week and also open Sat and Sun. Matter of fact, they are only closed 1 full day a year. Being closed 30 min should not be an issue worth complaining about.

Possibly the worse run cvs I've ever been too. Always see workers but no one ever wants to help. The outside parking lot is filthy. Trash everywhere. It's in front of a nice subdivision and gets a lot of business. Just saw 3 girls talking by the counter andthe outside has trash all over place. The pharmacy workers are the only good thing about this store. They do a great job.

I'm a courier. I am so glad that there are CVS's around. I get thirsty and hungry driving and there's always a CVS nearby. This store is always clean has a friendly staff and decent prices. Sign up for their rewards program it's worth it.
