Had the opportunity to tour the complex today. Apartments were great, love the proximity to highways, food places, and downtown areas.
Also Victoria did an excellent job as my leading consultant. She was highly attentive and did an excellent job highlighting the benefits of the complex (as an added benefit to anyone who reads this, she speaks both English and Spanish to those who have a preference). I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in the complex.

Please stay away from them.. very unprofessional and rude!
My application was technically a “contingent” approval if I had a guarantor that made 5 times the income, if not my application would’ve been denied. So I didn’t bother to follow up and applied else where and gotten an approval same day!
Thereafter, they send me an email stating I was approved for the unit. I advised I was no longer interested in the property because I had already paid fees to move else where and I would like to have my admin fee of $200 refunded because of the mix up on their end. I’ve called several times about the same issue, they’re upset, rushing me off the phone, saying they would call me back, not returning calls and eventually stopped answering. They returned the call yesterday and advised that they won’t be able to refund me my money due to the discrepancy on their behalf, because the system is showing I’m approved and I should’ve disregarded the email when they said I needed a guarantor, no one told me to apply elsewhere and I should’ve waited until everything was confirmed.
Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache and unnecessary fees and look elsewhere!!

Leased with them for 2 years and from the moment we moved in it’s been maintenance calls after maintenance calls for everything from the AC to leaks to washing machine to the door hinges. But what’s really doing it for me is that almost a year later I see a collection on my credit for $138 and no one will tell me what it’s for. They never sent any itemized bill regarding our deposit or any charges. Not that I expected any charges we left with no damages to anything aside from probably regular wear and tear, there’s no carpet so no carpet cleaning fees or anything. I sent an inquiry on the website and no response, when I call ai get a generic response form the lady telling me that she’ll have (I’m assuming) her boss call me when she gets off the phone.

Considering the current rating, I'm very surprised how bad the service has been. I've called 5 different numbers for the front desk and no matter what time of day I've called I always get voicemail. The staff don't call back and all I'm trying to do is get information on what I need to move in.
The staff won't reply to emails from me or my partner and having left multiple messages; you'd expect someone to call you back. This isn't even playing phone tag, it's them not responding.

I just wanted to thank Lisa for her exceptional help in transferring me to a new apartment. I have been living here for the past 5 years, and now that my daughter has graduated from high school and is heading to college, I was looking for an apartment that suited my new needs while staying within the same community. Thanks to Lisa's hard work, the transfer was approved, and I was able to move within the same week. I truly appreciate her dedication and efficiency.

If I could, I would leave no star. I'm deeply disappointed with the experience my family and I had. We moved here from out of state, a journey of over 1000 miles, only to be greeted by a completely uncleaned, unprepared town home. There was trash left behind, the floors were dirty, and worst of all, there were several issues that we were not informed about prior to our arrival.
The lack of professionalism from the management was appalling. We received no notice of these issues and were shocked to find them upon our arrival. It was clear that no effort had been made to prepare the apartment for new tenants. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful to us as paying customers.
If you value your peace of mind and your living situation, I urge you to steer clear of this apartment complex. Find a place that genuinely cares about its tenants and takes pride in its professionalism. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with such negligence from those responsible for managing the property.
In conclusion, our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to call home—one that respects and values its residents.

My moving process was quick and smooth. Jennifer helped me move in at the beginning of 2023. Everything was smooth and her attitude was so positive and kind. This year I decided to downsize and transfer to a different unit. Between Martha and Jennifer they made the transfer easy and smooth once again. Everything was done in a timely manner. Every time I need something I just go into the office and I’m taken care of quickly. Maintenance work also has been a breeze. Love the app for requesting maintenance assistance, the guys show up within 24 hrs for non urgent requests and within an hour or so when my AC has gone out.
