Terrible excuse for customer service. I use Wells Fargo all over the state, this is the only one that I’ve been to that’s terrible.

Si eres hispano, no vayas a este lugar ya que te discriminaran.Very unprofessional. Avoid this place as much as you can. I had made an appointment for my friend so he could open a new account. He doesn't know English so in the appointment request I put Spanish Speaker needed. My friend gets there at the time of his appointment and this employee who was a Spanish speaker started telling him that they could not assist him because he didn’t know English and that she tried to call him to tell him but he didn’t answer. Mind you, he received a text message asking him if he was still going the day of, and he clicked yes confirming. He asked her if she could help translate and she said that was not her job so no, and told him to find another agency that spoke Spanish? What? This is discrimination. She made him feel horrible in front of other people because she was not even speaking privately. Rude and just sad. I called the manager and manager acted unaware and just kept saying that she did call because she dialed the number herself but didnt want to verify the number because I was not the client. Regardless of a call or not, he should not have been treated in that manner. I thought I would choose Wells Fargo because it was close but wow I will make sure I let everyone know of this horrible experience. Wells Fargo do better at selecting who your employees are.
