I will never be back to this walmart again. This man who works in dairy smashed into my cart nearly breaking my hand. Didnt even apologize, this nice lady working at self check out had to check him and say " This is a customer, you dont do that!!" All he did was yell and say "GIVE ME A BREAK!!" Hire people who actually care!! Wont be back to this location , i'll pay the extra and go to Target!!!! Will also be reporting to coorporate. Only rated 1 star so i could leave a review, if i could give a negative 20 , i would!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

I stopped into the store early Saturday afternoon and the parking lot was packed. It was the weekend before Christmas, so I expected it to be pretty crowded. I finally got into the building and there were no carts available. I proceeded to walk to the opposite side of the store to check there. On my way, I saw a vacant cart with an old used can in it. I asked the people surrounding the cart if it belonged to them and was told no. I waited for a second & decided that I was going to use it and remove the can and place it on the check-out counter (away from the register), in case anyone was going to retrieve it. The female employee at Guest Services abruptly screams "Don't put that on my counter!" I was a little caught off guard because it was nowhere near anything relevant. She screamed it again at me. So naturally, I got defensive & was in a yelling match with an employee of the store. Super unprofessional & trashy, if you ask me.

grocery delivery : the fruit is always Rotten . I asked the driver what is going on they said the MANAGER Is directing them to give the rotten produce to delivery customers to clear the old inventory . Seriously wtf ! I'm taking pictures , statements from the divers and going up the chain now . This is wrong on so many levels

This particular Walmart Supercenter is on the corner of Blackwood Avenue and West Colonial Drive and is across from the hospital. It is your typical Walmart Supercenter, so you know what to expect.

Walmart in ocoee is pathetic!!! The curbside service is horrible. Twice, I had to wait almost 2 hours to get my order. I rather go inside and get my order then just sit in the heat waiting for my order to come out even when I receive an email stating that the order is ready smh. If it gets down to the point I will drive out to Clermont to shop at Walmart.

I came by here today i usually look and see if they have any popcorn chicken well today they did. I am a big fan of this whenever it is out on the sales floor and get it whenever i can before it is gone. I went thorugh the self check out since there was not to many people and i got in and out quick with ny snack

Literally waited an hour to pick up my order. But they send me an email after 10 minutes saying the order was picked up. This Walmart is horrible. I had to flag down an employee and he told me I would just have to wait. Very very unhelpful.

It's bad enough we have to ring up our own items. Let alone when you have a gift card that is not working and every single employee refuses to help you. I tried to pay with a gift card that is connected to my app were you can clearly see I have funds available. Every employee refused to help me figure out why THEIR gift card on THEIR application wouldn't work. Needless to say I left Walmart with no food for my family, we will just starve until I get paid in 5 days.

Decided to put my thoughts out here in this platform for others to consider and take heed. I have lived in this area for over 20 years and have frequented this Walmart since it's opening. Up until recently, it's been a normal, grocery store + the benefit of a retail store. Yes, it has its share of rude employees and eclectic customers, but it had what was needed at a good price. With the pandemic, I started doing online pickup orders and have had some access my account and charge up $300 worth of stuff for pick in the Carolinas, the same in California. The third was for a big screen tv that was still pending checkout when I caught it and deleted all my info and resigned to not doing online orders anymore. No one asked for identification. No one at Walmart cared. It was chump change to them. Let the local police know, not much concern there either. Just a few months ago, the same thing happened to my parents. Sam exact thing! Whether it's in the store or online, if you pay cheap prices, you're going to get cheap labor and low quality staff. It's as simply as that. Crazy that we live in a world where people put more effort into stealing and conning people out of money than to put in a day of hard, honest work.

Another shitty day at Walmart where employees will not assist you or help you look for your item, but rather jester in a general area to find someone else, just go to target and pay extra if you want to keep your sanity and get out quickly

I had the worst experience of any other store that I've been to I purchased a computer speaker for 40 bucks and then when I went back to exchange it for a computer speaker that worked better they said#1 Because it had been over 14 days without a receipt that I could not exchange it because I was honest.but when I I went to the electronics and asked he said they had no speakers that would even worked with a computer so I went Dollar General and got a speake for half the price of the speaker that I got that I was trying to exchange.... the guy in electronics knew nothing about what he was "supposed" to sell....

8/9/22 first off this is not for the Pharmacy they have always given me great service 5 star there... if you look at the phone records I called 15 times which they would pick up and hang up on me numerous time... transferred me once which hung up again... then got through called manager waited 5 minutes finally got tired of waiting so I hung up. Came today and the clerk at customer service giving me stink eye because I informed the supervisor on staff about it. Just saying Walmart you get what you pay people
