As a clean store with friendly people, I’ll give you five stars!
From a customer perspective about half the time I stop in you have somebody from dare or doctors without Borders standing at the door to ask for some thing.
At the end of a long day I just pulled in your parking lot, Saw them at the door and pulled out to drive down the road to CVS.
Maybe it’s worth it for the greater good but as far as maintaining customers, I’m not a fan of introducing social stress on the way into a business.

The worst Walgreens on the planet. Consistently bad customer service, zero follow up on prescriptions (waited 9 days and called back myself), broken promises as to when said prescriptions will be in, uncaring attitude in almost all employees, severely and consistently understaffed. Unfortunately I have to use Walgreens for one prescription, all others transferred to Publix long ago. Difference between the two pharmacies is night and day.
UPDATE- as previously stated, it’s obvious this Walgreens management couldn’t care less about their customer service as there is no comment here or has anyone reached out. As difficult as it is to transfer this one particular prescription, I will have to go thru the more difficult process of transferring it. I again re-ordered the previous (above) prescription and was told by the automated service that I could pick it up the following day after 10am. I knew already that that is completely false and again it’s now been just under 7 days, no prescription filled, ZERO follow up or communication, and I’m still out of the prescription. Management-take a lesson from Publix across the street on West Road-professional, friendly, and you are always kept up to date, and your item arrives when promised. Say good bye to ANY of my business

This is the closest pharmacy to my house so I go here often. But tbh I’m so over this pharmacy it’s always something when I go there. They do not value ppl’s time at all. Today they had personal conversations and had me to wait until it was over and then rang me up. This is after me giving them another chance after experiencing worse smh. I’m going to look into switching to Amazon pharmacy. I’m over the disrespect from these retail pharmacies.

This location is annoying. EVERYTIME i come here they always have a tent set up outside the store of people asking for donations for different foundations.

I gave my ID and card to pick up my prescription. She put prescription and credit card in bag and put thru the window. No ID was in the bag. I showed her it was not in bag and she said it was put in there. My husband and I checked ever possible inch of my car in case it fell out of bag. It was nowhere. I went back pharmacy was closed. So back this morning and no ID . She did not even thank me for the business. She didn't even look again after I brought it to her attention. I had to pay $27.00 for a replacement. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with this pharmacy and her incompetence. I will not be using them anymore. I highly advise yo go to another pharmacy!

Desirre, Marline and team at the pharmacy really pulled through for us tonight! My spouse had a surgery earlier and really needed the medication, but I found out that the pharmacy closed at 8 and the staff was getting ready to head out. This compassionate team and pharmacist went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedules as well as provide new information about insurance that we did not know. Their customer service was awesome and they will be remembered for their kindness.

So there.is this haitian lady been working at this location for long time with the.worst attidude I mean this lady seems like she hates life every second, has no emotions and is very rude.Every single day! I cant imagine her.being married. Leadership should have a talk with her have her cheer up a little or just pur here were she does not need to relate with people. This is the worse Walgreens that I have ever been to. Prescriptions are never ready on time. Meds are always on back order. You can barely understand their explanations on why the pharmacist is always confused.Walgreens used to be better than this before. I was even suggested to transfer my meds to CVS by their own pharmacist.

Idiot workers closed the store 30 minutes early. Needed medicine because I was sick. Watched them all congregate on their phones with the doors locked at the entrance of the store while they shouted through the glass that they were closed. Pathetic and lazy.

This is my last time getting prescriptions from Walgreens. I've been behind a car for over minutes. It appears they are filling an order at the drive-thru. Express Scripts here I come.

The young black lady at the drive thru window needs to CHECK her attitude before she comes to work. People are sick and need medicine and don't need YOU having an attitude and ROLLING your eyes when asked a simole question. Get it together or find a job that doesn't make you hate your life.

Stopped by needing allergy medd for my 10yr old granddaughter. I'm handicapped so pulled up to drive through asked for allergy medd for kids. After being told no asked for manager. I explained I couldn't go in and she went back and retrieved multiple products. Thank you Phamacy msnager.
