No customer service skills. I drove up to the drive thur and the black femal with medium length hair yells BIRTHDAY? And continues to yell BIRTHDAY. I should of said I'm doing good thanks for asking! How are you? The whole conversation was extremely rude. I won't be coming back. If your going to be upfront you need to have customer service skills. Event occurred on June 4, 2024 @ 5pm.
***Edit to add the first time in the drive thur I had to wait for prescription to be filled. Next go around a different lady named Raquel (may not be spelt correctly) she was absolutely awesome! Very helpful and kind and took time to explain some things. Great job. Everyone needs to be like her that's working front of house.

There's a new pharmacist Mai Luong that was so helpful and kind. My parents doesn't speak a lot of english and Ms. Luong go out of her way to help them and to put them at ease whenever they come in to pick up their medication.

Went to grab my perscription and the pharmacist there said it wasn't ready yet. He asked me when I would like to pick it up and I responded "now if possible" and this man full on belly laughs at me and says "haha the audacity of you saying now". I dont know about everyone else but when my perscription has been called in for WEEKS - I dont want the pharmacist to laugh in my face and make fun of me when they dont do their job. Actually insane.

I went to several Walgreens to print of my Christmas photo cards and they came out terrible with purple and blue. All messed up until I came to this Walgreens. This Walgreens knows how to print out pictures correctly. The staff was very polite and kind and helpful. This is the place for your photos 100%

Forgot her name but the lady who helped me with pictures was so kind and sweet. It took a while at pharmacy but staffs were helpful as well.

I only gave 3 stars becaue of Miss Bibi who is always very kind. The other staff is incredibly unprofessional including the rude Hatian lady that just stares at you without saying a word. Please avoid this store unless Miss Bibi is there.

This Walgreens pharmacist was horrible to my husband this past weekend . Refuse to fill his medicine a few days early even after the doctor demanded that my husband needing this medication. Without this medication my husband had to endure serious side effects and withdrawal and was in able to work and function. The worse part was when my husband try to ask him what can he do to function through all the side effects there was no compassion and was told there is no side effects and accuse him of lying. We have never experienced anything like this before . This is no way anyone should be treated especially when it comes to someone’s health .

Walgreens is a convenience store but some items the prices is high but nowadays things are going up tremendously but overall you have a Walgreens on every corner you can always run in and get something that you can use it's also a backup when you don't want to go to a big store.
