Horrible. Made an appointment to get Covid shot. Arrived and they had no idea what I was talking about. Lady then said "system was down" so no prescriptions or anything. She didn't seem to care. Said I could "come back tomorrow maybe." Also, she had 2 inch nails so I was a bit concerned about her being able to administer shots anyway. Store was filthy inside as well.

Worst service. Brought a prescription in Monday 6/6 and on 6/11 had not received any word on it. Had to call and find out the pharmacy is closed indefinitely and no one cares about my prescription or even trying to help. I was told by a rude manager he knows nothing about what is going on and I would need to keep calling till the pharmacy is open. Customer service said to get a new script from the doctor and hung up on me when I requested to speak to a supervisor. What if this was an important medical need. What a joke that you can't do nothing to assist your customer.

Miss Maria has had the worst attitude I've ever come across in a Walgreens general store. She needs to take a sensitivity workshop and be mindful of her manners and her conduct when conducting Walgreens business and being a representative of that store I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend all others do not do any business with Maria inside that Walgreens store

Great location as far as off West Colonial and easy to get on/off of 408 but can be a bit tricky to and from as well. Usually have to make a U-turn if heading north on Good homes, and exiting you can only exited out to the right unless you head closer down to Aldi then there's a left you can make together out and head West again. Well besides that store is usually clean and check out fast!
