So on October 15 I placed the order for a cell phone which was paid for taxes service charges etc. I was told the only store that had the phone was the Verizon at this location so all day today on 16 October. I not only got three phone calls from Verizon corporate saying that your order is good to go you can pick it up whenever you like. I leave work around 4:30 PM right before I left. My job I double checked and called the store again my order is ready for pick up now $45 later because I had to take a Uber. Gabriella decides to just cancel my order saying that oh we do not have any of your phones available so I was upset, but I still wasn’t mad at her or the other employee who I will get to later. All the time I get to the store it’s around 6 o’clock Gabriel’s telling me don’t have your order. Sorry you gotta leave. She wouldn’t work with me. All she wanted me to do was purchase a Phone that was used to pay the taxes on that so she can get a commission for it now I am a very very loyal customer to Verizon. I have never in my life. Had someone in the store do that to me just cancel my order because they felt like it fast forward. I call 611 and I’m on the phone with a gentleman named Chad. He was so nice Enough to have the store give me a quote on “loaner phone just because what she did was totally outrageous, and he even knew it. Now out of nowhere as I’m getting rained out as I signed all my papers to finalize my cell, Gabriella decides to not wanna go along with my purchase to my phone so I just said what the heck you did this to my last phone why can’t you just give me this phone and then that other employee who didn’t have to sit there and wait who could’ve been left whatever he wanted to start screaming at me threatening me and demanding that I only have five minutes left till wait. The computer was running slow on her end and she was so frustrated that she had to wait an extra hour before she had to get off work due to the fact that she canceled my order at the end of the day but I’m not upset about the order I’m upset about the gentleman who wants to start screaming and yelling and threatening me and scaring me that I just left the phone and walked out that store. Terrified there’s cameras in the store I promise that this is not over I promise that I’m going to corporate and above that man was way out of line he had no ride. He wasn’t even helping me. He had no nothing involved in this and for him to scream, and threaten me and terrify me into leaving the phone in and walking out that store in fear for my life that is outrageous not just outrageous that is downright messed up and he’s nothing more than a bully just because Gabriella was upset. This day was slow for her that I was going to pick up a phone that is considered high dollar that was already paid for and she goes and cancel that that’s not fair. Whoever owns a Verizon store. I apologize but you must hand pick Better employees because they’re not just working there for the time being no they’re the face of the company, extremely rude, threatening, menacing and just downright mean I have never in my life felt that way before completely uncalled for completely outrageous. They have cameras they should be ashamed of Themselves, especially that I paid so much money to get there to pick up the phone. I do know that that’ They have a Verizon name, but the entity is different. I am going as far as to that entity and complaining and I just complaining. They need to be taught a lesson shame on you guys..

Purchased 2 phones at the same time from here. They couldn’t find one of them so I had to do all the research, come to find out it was delivered to the Winter Garden store. Waited an extra 2 weeks to receive it but it actually was there much sooner. I figure I give them another shot because I want to purchase the iPhone 15. Called and spoke with the manager. Why is she there, I have no clue. Has no willingness to help, everything sounds like a chore, on top that, she just doesn’t know much about anything regarding promos. I ended up calling Verizon directly and got the phone and I saved a ton more money with some recommendations they made. I feel bad for the owners of this store, they could be making so much more if they had better people there.

Don't waste your time in this store. Horrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes inside the store and nobody came to speak to me.

I just want to start off by saying I had an amazing experience at the Russell-cellular. The help I received the moment I walked threw the door was fantastic. The representative that helped us out his name is Lewis he is a tremendous help. We recommend this store is especially with Lewis at your hands.

Luis helped my husband and I make the switch from sprint to Verizon! We had a hard time doing it online so he saved the day for us! We appreciate him and his great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I felt bad he was alone in that store but he handled it like a true boss! Thank you Luis :)

I came to this Verizon store located at 10341 west colonial drive up all to purchase a phone cord because I know the ones at the gas stations aren’t any good so I purchase a 35$ charger from Russell cellular, the guy that sold it tells me told me there is a lifetime warranty. I had the cord about 6 days the cord doesn’t work I come in and speak to a guy named Nicholas, he looks at the charger says he can’t return it I told him all I want is another charger he tells me to wait another customer walks in he finishes with the second customer and tells me there’s nothing he could. This place is a rip off

My husband Michael Wayne Riley Sr was with Sprint for 20yrs when he started having problems with them everyone told him to go to Verizon for better service.Well let me tell you he has the worst service ever ! His phone is tied to his company so calls 24 -7 today alone he has had 3 dropped calls people are constantly telling him they can't hear him this is a major problem when you are running a business!Please tell me how you can run a business if your phone is dropping calls or clients can't hear you?
