Horrible service. Mail person delivers when they want. On days they choose not to they put down that they couldn’t deliver to mailbox. 2 days in a row the street is empty yet they couldn’t get to the mailbox. Pathetic.

I called yesterday to make sure I could get my package in pick up at this location and it was confirmed I can and the lady did everything in the phone to make sure it would be here. Came in yesterday around 3 pm and I couldn’t get my package EVEN THO I WAS LOOKING RIGHT AT IT!!!! Because it still needed to be “sorted” lol, so I signed a piece of paper to confirm it wouldn’t send out the next day because I have an early flight I have to catch and I won’t be home for delivery. So I come back this morning to find out it was sent out, so the paper I even signed when I came in yesterday to make sure it wouldn’t get sent out did nothing. They are so carless here and absolutely hate their jobs, they are beyond rude and look at you like you’re a fool. This place is god awful and so are the individuals that work here. Trash place. Correct your professionalism or get a new job.

They have been losing my packages multiple times!!! Please have some responsibility towards your job!!! and make it Perfect! There are important packages and mail that must be delivered properly!!! Awful service

Hello. What can we do to make this location a better place? I'm sure this isn't the only one but I think these type of companies know better. Your guys are federal contracted and seem to not even want to provide your employees with some type of comfort. So my first question stands. If u need a little help from me. Let me know. I have filled out an application twice now.Thank you!

They keep giving me the run around on my change of address and none of my mail is being received at my new address or old address. The USPS is a freaking joke and this office takes the cake!

My mail was held, without my permission. Finally 13 days later, there was a sticker placed on 1 piece of mail that they delivered to me that was hand written stating 10 day hold. I tried to call the telephone number that is listed and it rang for 5 minutes before I hung it up. Myself nor anyone else at my residence gave US post office permission to hold my mail. Communication with the Carrier Annex in Ocoee, ,FL is not good and something needs to be done about it. I have been waiting for very important paperwork and I may have missed my deadline due to the lack of communication and courtesy of the US Post Office - Carrier Annex located in Ocoee, FL. Very disappointing and frustrating
