These folks really know what they are doing. It does not matter which service you need, these helpful employees are willing and able to guide you through. They make package returns easy and print copies for a fair price.
This is my GO TO for all Online returns.

This is one of the best stores I’ve been to the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as soon as you walk in they greet you and the manager will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfy with everything you need highly recommend if you live in the area or are near that area and need to drop something off they will take care of you

Can't rave enough about this store. I have two UPS stores within walking distance of where I live but I take the time to drive to this one. The manager, Sara, really takes pride in her store and it shows through her employees.

I have been using this store for over 4 years and have seen many of the “issues” the other customers have had, 90% of the time the issue comes from the customer not reading their instructions before coming into the store. Amazon is the most common one I have seen where people seem unable to comprehend what “customer packed” means.

The guy at the counter refused to take my Amazon return even though I followed the exact instructions Amazon provided. He just kept saying I needed a 'shipping box' but provided no instruction on what his personal definition of a 'shipping box' was other than the the two boxes (both of which were what was used to ship the products to me) didn't meet his arbitrary definition.

I cannot say enough good things about Sara and her staff at this UPS location. Under Sara’s leadership, she has created an outstanding staff who provide the best customer service. They are all pleasant, knowledgeable, so efficient and helpful. They are the BEST. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Sharon H.

Alex who helped me with very last minute, extremely important packages i needed shipped for the past two days is 100% the reason for my review. rarely ever do i take the time to review but alex truly deserves it. he is so kind, helpful and quick. i will absolutely be coming back because of his dedication

I absolutely love the staff and customer service I get at this location! I literally have a UPS store closer and will drive to this location because they’re always pleasant, helpful and get me out the door super quick!!

I am the Executive Director of La Prensa newspaper in Orlando, serving the Central Florida community for 43 years non-stop. I live near the UPS store and that's why I decided to have a mail box at this location, to my surprise, not only do I have a mail box I got a family that always received me with respect and affection and with smiling faces, those that are missing in other businesses. I would call them the UPS with a desire to serve without expecting anything in return. And it seems to me that we should not wait until the end of the year to let them know the good work they have done throughout 2024. Great service and very friendly!

I move here from China. These poeple help me. My English not good. They kind. They carry my packages as I'm disabled. They patience with me. Some American people very rude to old people. This store never rude always kind and smart. They help me. They make me feel not lonely in new country. Thank You Manger Lady . Nice girl.

I'm very surprised to read some of the negative reviews as this store has been one of the best I've ever utilized often in business.
I guess it's not surprising cause I witnessed a few months ago when the staff told a customer in the most professional and polite way that it has a cost for the service they were looking for, the customer turned rude like the staff had created the financial model of UPS Stores Inc.
The staff member was a pleasant Gentleman and even was obviously trained correctly to offer other suggestions and solutions. His manager also came over in the friendliest and most possibly assisting way I've seen in a while to help.
Amazing how they keep their composure when dealing with the unreasonable and unfair public.
Kudos to yall at the UPS Store Ocoee.

I got to this store around 5:40 pm to drop off a return for Amazon, there was a tall white male with beard and mustache at the counter whom right away advised I needed another box to send out the package. I told him to allow me to show him the email from Amazon stated that just the manufacture box is needed. He went to his manager “Sara”, she cane up to me touched the box and said you need another box to send this. I showed her the instructions from Amazon, she replied I do this every day sarcastically laughing UPS will not take it without an additional package. I said I won’t pay for additional package because this is a damaged and Amazon dies not required it. She continue to laugh and declined to take the package. I called UPS Corporate and Zeth advised some one will contact me to help me with the package, even though I told him that I was still outside if the store which is the closest to my job because I leave 1.5 hrs away. It is 6:45pm no one has call me back and this store closes at 7:00pm like I told him.
