Worst freight service that I ever encountered. I received my pallet one week after the scheduled time. Bad customer service, they do not know where your shipment is, they are leaving a whole pallet in front of your house and just go. Some of my stuff broken. Terrible handling on pallets.

Small whse and parking lot. One entrance thru car parking lot. One way around whse. Office located on backside. Between truck shop and whse. Yarddog lets u know where to drop tlr. After dropping loaded Trailer-Take left out of whse( past ups) next left _drive straight back and around bldg. This is empty Trailer Yard. Can park overnight here. Bobtail section in Front. (Do break in bobtail section and then get tlr).

Unfortunately there are no more NEGATIVE OPTIONS to described the poor quality and unprofessional service that these people provide.I received a call on a Friday to schedule my delivery ( $2,000 dollars on a 500 pounds pallet ) and was told that delivery was going to take place on Monday ( I requested a “ courtesy phone call “ 30 minutes prior to delivery so I can arrange the exact place to leave this pallet and to make sure that they were no damages ).Monday came, no phone call and or delivery. Called in and nobody knew what happened, re scheduled for Wednesday.Wednesday came in, same bullsh$&@, no phone call and or delivery. Spoke with Supervisor ( Tricia ) and was told to contact Supervisor Terry Thursday from 2:00 AM to 1:00 PM.Thursday came in , called Supervisor Terry at 8:00 AM and he promised to look for our pallet and call me to let me know.Wife called me around 11:00 am saying that UPS Female driver showed up ( No Courtesy Call ) at our condo looking for a spot on the parking lot to leave the pallet.Contacted Supervisor Terry and he told me that package was on route and transferred me to Supervisor Joe.Wasted again my time talking with all these fouls and nobody was able to apologized, explained why I was having all these delays and issues with the delivery.Bottom line, $2,000 Pallet was left on the parking lot, without a release signature and on a public road.Thanks UPS Freight for such a horrible, sour and costly delivery service ? !!!!
