Today I walked in asking if someone was able to retwist my hair, Karen was able to do my hair right away. She did an excellent job!!! This is a very nice, clean salon. Everyone was so nice and very friendly.

Love going here. My stylist Reva is awesome. Very professional yet fun and she knows her stuff. Was suppose to have my locs started by one of the other stylist but due to unforseen circumstances she had to call out that day. Reva said no problem and did it instead. I wouldn't change a thing.

Needs more professional communication. It is very disappointing to tell someone they should “understand” something versus being an adult and declining service. It has been >4 years since service and was told you thought I would have figured out that you won’t be doing my hair since I didn’t like my hair when it was done years ago. How rude and condescending! Learn some customer service please! I would’ve preferred a reasonable conversation as the previous style was not to my liking. You could’ve asked what I wanted now versus assuming anything!
