Conveniently located, this facility has unfortunately let me down multiple times this year with regard to package handling. On three separate occasions, I've dropped off packages here, only to find that there's no tracking or status updates. Most recently, on October 12th, I left a package in the morning and received a receipt as proof. However, UPS has no record of this package. This has been a recurring issue; even with a receipt in hand, the tracking system behaves as if the packages are still with me.Initially, I thought the lack of updates might be due to infrequent carrier pickups at this location. However, even after waiting for what should have been the next scheduled pickup, there's still no progress. At this point, all I can do is hope for the best regarding my packages. Going forward, I'll opt for the reliability of a postal office or a direct UPS store over this facility.

I cannot say enough good things about The Shipping Center in Ocoee! From start to finish, they provided exceptional service and made my shipping experience smooth and hassle-free.The moment I walked into their office, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly staff who were eager to assist me. They took the time to understand my shipping needs and offered expert advice on the best packaging options and shipping methods for my items. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring my items arrived safely were truly impressive.Not only did they provide excellent guidance, but they also went above and beyond to make the entire process convenient for me. They handled all the necessary paperwork efficiently, and it's clear that Richard and Amy really take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their customers.I highly recommend The Shipping Center to anyone in need of shipping services. They have earned my trust and loyalty with their outstanding service, and I will definitely be using them for all my future shipping needs. I’ve been going to The Shipping Center for 2 years, since the day they opened and never have I not been greeted with a smile. Amy provides top tier service and is a very hard worker! Thank you for always helping me with all my shipping needs! Oh, and they are in fact open Monday ~ Saturday. They just started closing on Sunday’s??

I was so excited when I saw this shipping center come in as the location is super convenient on my commute but it’s been so disappointing that they are never open during their hours posted both online and on the door of the building itself. Ive now wasted time trying to make several trips at different times. This is the 4th time I’ve tried with no luck. I guess this what you get with a mom and pop that work when they feel like it? ?♀️

Excellent customer service. They work fast. I needed finger prints for my job. I went to The Shipping Center, not only Amy was patient with me, everything was processed fast. I went on a Wednesday and by next day Thursday I received everything approved for my job. I go there for shipping services, post stamps, the hours and location are customer friendly.

I stopped in the store at the last minute for some business I needed to get done. After calling around to other places, this was the only place that could accommodate my timeframe. The customer service was second to none. Efficient, friendly, affordable and easy.

This shipping center is very convenient. My first time coming here (Monday 6/6/2023).Amy helped me and not only was she friendly but she was also very patient with me as I needed more assistance with my package. I brought my 5 year old with me and since it was going to be a few minutes, Amy took my 5 year old to an area where she could play (and I could still see her!) and my kid stayed entertained!Great customer service! She knows what she’s doing, she’s good at it and she’s very friendly and patient.I recommend to come here!

This location and the people running it are extremely helpful. The location is clean and an always staffed with someone who can help you they take any type of packages whether USPS, UPS or FedEx they pack & ship. They always give you a receipt. If you're not sure of what you need or what you're doing they are only to happy to help you and give you, what you need I would highly recommend them for any packing, shipping or mailing. Great people, Great service.

Great customer service. Love supporting local businesses. They offer shipping with USPS, UPS & FedEx which makes it super convenient when I need to ship packages with different carriers. Friendly staff.

Let me just say, my first time here (I'm not a frequent shipper other than Amazon returns) and this lady KILLED it. I had to FedEx overnight something. She was on point! Helping 3 customers at a time (4 if ya count the guy on the phone). She was fast, friendly and it wasn't one of those quiet awkward visits to a shipping center. So - this lady, gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Great hire - whoever she is!!
