Each one of these talented coaches (Jared, Jonathan, Andrew, and Abel) is knowledgeable, caring, and most importantly, they are laser-focused in helping you accomplish your wellness and fitness goals. Whether you have never worked out a day in your life, or if all you have done is cardio and no weight training, or if you are an avid fitness enthusiast, this tiny but mighty and amazing gym is for you!There is no doubt, you will absolutely look forward to your customized 20-minute workouts every week and feel stronger, more agile, and fit. Stop by and check it out, they will do an initial assessment to get to know you and learn about your goals. Short review: If you are intimidated by “big box gyms,” you are coming back from an injury, or you simply don’t know how/where to start improving your health and physical fitness you need to try Smart Fitness. When you sign up you will get one on one attention and a personalized program in a clean, bright, well-maintained gym. The trainers are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and willing to meet you wherever you are on your fitness journey. I feel 100% comfortable giving them a 5 star rating and my full recommendation!Long review: My 13 year old daughter injured her shoulder in late 2023 and was out of her sport for half the season. We saw a doctor at a well-known orthopedic institute, and after the MRI, the PT, and the rehab it really boiled down to the fact that she needed to learn the proper way to strengthen her shoulders, back, and chest muscles to prevent future injuries. I decided to find her a trainer who could 1) accommodate her injury as she was healing, 2) make sure she was learning/using safe and proper form, 3) train her in a friendly, comfortable environment, and 4) instill in her the value of physical fitness at an early age. That search led me to Smart Fitness. She works out with Jonathan, twice a week for 20 minutes, and it has been an excellent experience! He has exceeded my expectations, and my daughter looks forward to going. He started out teaching her basic moves and laying a good foundation. He’s now moving into some plyometric training and heavier weight, challenging her in a safe, appropriate way. He keeps the workout moving so she doesn’t get bored… no grinding out a million reps. Jonathan is 0% drill sergeant and 100% encouragement and positivity (even when making a correction to her form), which is a perfect fit for my daughter! The gym is clean and bright, the equipment is well maintained, and there is NOT a wall of mirrors with a bunch of guys fighting for space to preen. Andrew, the owner, is always present and involved. Be prepared to spend a some money on this because it’s not cheap, but I feel 100% comfortable giving them a 5 star rating, my full recommendation, and I plan for my daughter to continue with Jonathan and Smart Fitness for the foreseeable future!

13 months ago, I came into smart Fitness, with complaints of shoulder, back, and neck pain. Now I am 75 years old, and pain free.Stronger, able to pick up a case of water on my own . My sleep has improved dramatically. All with the help of a professional team of trainers. I tell all my friends, and family. If you want what I now have. Go to smart Fitness.

Designed for people who don’t want to put the thought into exercising - just show up with the will to. Great equipment and trainers who look out for you every step of the way. I have so appreciated the flexibility they provide due to an unpredictable work schedule. Longest I’ve ever stuck with a workout regiment due to enjoying every visit with this team.

I started Smart Fitness just 3 months ago, 20 minutes twice a week, and the gains in strength I feel are amazing!As a certified Classical Pilates Instructor, my job can be quite taxing on my body. I wanted my fitness regiment to be well rounded so that I could feel my best and give my best to my clients, and training with Andrew has given me just that and more.I didn’t think that lifting weights would also improve my Pilates practice as much as it did, but it seems that lifting and Pilates go together like peanut butter and jelly.Working with Andrew has been transformative for me, mind and body, in just a short amount of time.Also, If you’re looking for some guidance in the nutrition department, Stacy Noble is super helpful and lovely.Skeptical on the 20 minutes giving you results? Don’t be. It works!

Guaranteed results or your old body back! The best one on one training that instills healthy habits through nutrition and gives real gains otherwise. I’ve been going two sessions a week since about half way through the year and in 3 months, I’ve lost 25 pounds. The team working here are incredible especially Jonathan and Andrew. They push you ti be better and instill the knowledge you need to have great impactful exercise. Extremely flexible with almost any schedule. Would recommended to anybody!

I have been through a number of trainers but never have I been more pleased than I am with Andrew and his team, particularly Abel who is “my guy” helping me rebuild strength. He knows what I can do and where I can make gains and guides me accordingly.This is a no-pressure, no-guilt solution to one’s exercise needs, and only calls for two 20-minute sessions per week!

I was referred to Smart Fitness by Dr. Larissa Bravo in late 2022. She was doing physical therapy on my back and I mentioned I had been diagnosed with osteopenia (the precursor to osteoporosis - low bone density) Summer of '21. I told her I was taking extra calcium and other supplements and doing a regular weight training routine at home. She was very direct and said that won't help. You need to be loading. ..."if you weigh 130 pounds, you need to load your bones with 546 pounds to build bone. When we stand, gravity applies a load to our bones equals our body weight. Walking briskly increases load, running or jogging adds even more load, but it is higher impact activities like jumping or strength training that is needed to meet 4+ times body weight." from American Bone Health I have osteoporosis in my family. I started testing at age 50 with the first bad result at 53. My fear is many women may already have this issue, but have no clue. Also if they know they are probably following the incorrect advice I was given. "Eat more calcium, walk, lift weights..." In short I needed to start lifting a lot more than my 10lbs weights at home. This will not increase bone density or slow down the decrease that happens with age. If possible, I needed to safely lift more than my body weight. Enter Smart Fitness January 2023: I started working with Jonathan and told him my goals. He was realistic and said most tests are done once every two years for a reason, but they could definitely get me stronger and working towards some real loading. I am grateful for Dr. Bravo's recommendation. My strength noticibly improved over a few months. After 6 months friends started to notice I looked better, stronger. Just last week, ( after 8-9months) I lifted 20lbs more than my body weight!! All the coaches are professional nice and most importantly know what they are doing! I had to be careful of re-injuring my back, and I've had no injuries or strains (that I usually get working alone in a gym). Smart Fitness has zero gym bunnies. Everyone is supportive. There is free water, fruits and nuts. Also Josie Lambert offers message therapy. Lastly, the gender neutral bathroom is always clean. You don't get that at your average gym.
