“I had been eyeing a pair of Giuseppe’s online and never purchased because I was unsure of the fit. I was happy to find this store while visiting Orlando and stopped in. The gentleman working was warm and welcoming. I told him about the sneakers I was interested in purchasing, and although they didn’t carry them, he went and found a similar pair in a different color for me to Tryon to know what my perfect fit would be. He also shared a great deal of education about the company and the products. Now that I am back home, I’ve made my online order and just waiting for it to be delivered. Although many say that these shoes are expensive, and they are right, I believe the pricing is justified.”

“I had an issue with a pair of shoes I bought and overall experience with customer service. I called the store I originally purchased them from and explained my situation to Candace. She was so helpful and understanding. She was able to remedy the situation in less than 24 hours. If I ever purchase anything from Christian Louboutin again it will be from this location. They provided outstanding service when I initially bought my shoes (thank you Megan). And continued to provide excellent service in assisting me with getting my issue resolved.

“Upon walking in we were greeted by one of the most energetic employees ever! Serano made me feel so welcome and has the best customer service skills. He complimented my sons outfit, helped him with shirts and when he went to pick up a inappropriate shirt ( for a 13 year old) he was like “ nope put it down”. Made my husband and I laugh and we knew my son was in good hands shopping with him. I observed him with other customers as they cane in and he was the same way. Serano has people skills and it shows.
