I’ve been coming here for years to get my eyebrows threaded and usually they are okay, so I am sadly leaving this review. Yesterday I went to get my brows threaded (my brows which I grew out for months) and as an Indian girl with nice eyebrows it’s usually not difficult for someone to just clean them up and keep them a nice shape. Unfortunately, the woman who threaded my brows yesterday butchered them to the point of no return. She has completely ruined my brows (which have been the best part of my face for the better of 10 years). I never complain or write reviews but it was so bad that I have to. The lady who did my brows yesterday at 12pm (you should know who was scheduled to work) should not work with eyebrow threading. I am appalled and spent the entire day in tears. It’s to the point where I can’t even make them look nice by filling them in. I even cooled off overnight and looked at them today and burst into tears again. You should be ashamed. Please do not put people for eyebrow threading if they are untrained and unable to at least perform a service to a somewhat decent standard. I even tried to be nice about it and paid and left. I really wouldn’t have cared if it wasn’t perfect I could’ve just touched it up at home. She removed about half of my brow when I asked her to just “clean it up” and she ruined my eyebrows. I literally could’ve taken scissors to them in the dark and done a better job. AND my birthday is this weekend. I literally have never left anywhere in tears before and hope no one else has to feel that way. I’m throwing in pictures for context - the first one is what she did to me. Everything else is my before brows. putting the water one to show that it’s my real brow shape and not forced by makeup (Which I now will have to figure out how to magically do). Like I’m actually embarrassed to post this but it’s necessary

I’ve been coming here for years and let me tell you if your eyebrows are uneven from over plucking they will get you right . Your eyebrows will be even and the shape is soo good people think you have your eyebrows filled in. Friendly and professional. Always greet you with a warm welcome! Once you start eyebrow threading you won’t go back to wax.

VAISHALI IS THE BEST!!!! I’m a tourist and was looking for an affordable quality brow threading in the area. This popped up on Google and certainly did NOT disappoint - clean, precise, affordable, friendly! Will be back for new years before I fly out of Florida. Definitely saving it as a favorite now on maps!! ♥️♥️♥️

I've been going to the Ocoee location for the past three years. At first, they had a ton of workers and the wait time was always quick, even with lots of people waiting. Since COVID the staffing has hit ROCK BOTTOM. There is normally only one person working and the wait time is always 45 mins to an hour. The last three times I've been, I went at the time when they advertised they would be open (11:00 am) and NO ONE IS THERE. I call the number listed and the women has, for the last three times, claimed a medical excuse and is 30 mins late. I'm not in anyway trying to be misleading here, I like the way they do my eyebrows. However, rock bottom customer service and lack of professionalism, in my opinion, is completely unacceptable. You are running a business in a busy location. If you know 11:00(am) doesn't work then change your opening time to a time frame that fits your schedule. If you know you can't do it might I suggest you hire and pay someone that can.Service: Eyebrow threading

The owner was amazing from beginning to end! Fast, professional and very reasonable prices for high quality service.I got individual lashes, eye brow threading and a henna tattoo for under $40! This was our first experience at Shubh and we had an emergency, another shop had messed up my daughters brows and tomorrow is prom! I asked if there was anything they could , the lady looked and said with confidence she could make it better, I asked do you promise and she said trust me. I put my daughter in her hands and she delivered!! She did an outstanding job, I was speechless, all I needed to see was my girls face light up again and it did and all was right in my world again. Awesome end to the day. This is my girls new brow spot. Highly recommend, great prices, personable staff.
