This is my go-to rainbow location and I have never had a bad experience with them until today. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get her name but, the older Jamaican or Haitian women who checked me out put a very bad taste in my mouth. I was aware that this rainbow location doesn’t have any fitting rooms so I usually try my clothes on right when I get home since they only allow 7 days for returns (with a receipt). However, I was advised by this older woman that I wouldn’t be able to exchange or return my clothing items (a 2 piece set, bodysuit and a pair of pants). This was the first time I have heard of this policy so I asked the woman for clarification and was told “you have to know your size”. I decided to try my clothing on over my clothes so I can make sure everything fits properly and the woman began yelling at me stating “if you try something on you buy it”. I was on the verge of walking out without anything because of her attitude. They just won’t have me as a customer anymore. So unfortunate.

I loved the cashier at the register. She made my visit well worth it. They are also having a sale on summer dresses. Hurry before I go back. Lol.. Happy shopping.

Just your standard Rainbow location. Full inventory, a variety of fashion styles but ABSOLUTELY NO service or acknowledgement from the staff, outside of the initial welcome, when entering. Nothing bad but nothing great.
