I usually have no problem at this place but I had an appointment at 10:10 am and checked in and was waiting for about an hour. Spoke to a women with blonde hair and asked how long they were running behind on appointments and all she said was I don't know and walked away. Waited more and spoke to another lady, told her I'be been waiting and didn't see my name on the screen and she also did nothing. Finally spoke to George, told him my situation and he said he needed proof that I had an appointment??? Showed him my qr codes and text messages and he had the audacity to tell me I was late even though I just told him i've been waiting for over an hour at this point. Told me I will have to check in as a walk in and that there was nothing he could do and "oh well" with a disrespectful attitude. Finally I left but this was extremely unprofessional and not one person was helpful at all.

Disaster office. Sat an hour past appointment nobody called us then canceled apt. Horrible! Staff was incredibly rude especially dealing with a child.

I have had horrible service at the Metro West and other Ocoee locations. This time is was great. In and out in 10 minutes. I wish they would do something about the other locations.

I got here this morning without an appointment checked in. It was very clean. Very nice and then sheneeza called me to the back. it took about 20 mins. she was absolutely incredible. I am totally afraid of needles and she said let's do it and I didn't even feel it. It was incredible. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I appreciate that. Just wanted to let everybody know.

I needed blood work and a urine test but couldn't find an appointment online. I came in as a walk-in and was done in under 15 min!! The facility looks new- I understand it was renovated- very clean. I checked in at the kiosk in the lobby. I took a seat and was called in under 5 min. Amazing, efficient staff. Kudos to Ms. Dionne Thomas!! I'm not an easy stick as they say - but she got it with one painless poke. Quest is lucky to have her. She greeted me with a warm, welcoming smile-very professional and talented. Thank you very much. Highly recommend!

I like this location, every time I have gone I'm seen quickly and the staff is friendly. They recently did renovations so everything has been updated as well.

I went in to ask if they had someone lovely to do my young grandsons blood draw as he'd never had one before, she rudely replied were all trained on Pead. I then asked if anyone could help me checking insurance to make sure they covered the test, she said no and walked away!!!

This place is the worst. I was a walk-in and elected to wait in my car. They said it would be about an hour and then they would call or text me when it was time. Waited for HOURS, nobody ever called or texted. Now I have to take a day off to get my blood work done. Worst experience ever, I highly recommend going anywhere else.

The tech poked my right arm and moved the needle around trying to find the right spot with no success. She moved to the left arm and did the same thing but this time she caused pain. When I let her know, she moved back to the right arm and tried again with no success after moving the needle in and out. I asked her if she could find some help. She reached out to a male tech who indicated he was busy with another patient. She found another lady tech who came in and looked at both arms and settled on the right side and was able to draw the samples. My left arm was tender for a couple of days and the bruises are fading. While the initial tech was friendly about it and joked with me, I will never return to this location. It was a very uncomfortable experience.

Staff is super rude and unprofessional and my lady complained that i came in at 3pm 30 minutes before they closed and she wouldn't stop complaining and i hey but come on... didn't even get blood work done cause she also doesn't know the tests that my doctors requested

Walked in 10min before my appointment when there was nobody in the waiting area & waited 20 min after to be called in. I was the first one on thier monitor when I checked in, meanwhile they called in 3 other walkins that came after me & thier name was also after my name in thier monitor! When questioned thier priority they answered very rudly that we are calling whatever we see on the monitor.
