I had the best phlebotomist in my life. I believe her name was Sadaya. I was there yesterday in room 5. Quest, she deserves an acknowledgment. My veins are not easy to find. She was sooooo amazing. Professional, courteous, calm and efficient. ???

There is ZERO support at this office. I was confused and had questions and there was no one there who was willing to help me. I got one of the staff member's attention when he came out to call a name from behind the locked door and when I told him I had a question, he went back acting like he was going to find someone for me only to never return. I know he didn't bother to find anyone as he later came back out to call another name. I would have left if I hadn't already been standing there a while and had other last minute options.

I had an early appointment, and there was a little wait time only because there were a few people on line before they opened. They opened promptly. The staff was super friendly and professional. Made me feel at home.

Very efficient process. Waited about 5 to 10 minutes beyond my appointment time but the process going forward was quick. Clean facility, enough seating to be apart from other patients.

Great facility and service at the Quest Mcguire location. Biggest complaint is that there needs to be a way to see if blood test codes are covered under Medicare. I've been there 3 times in that last few months to have to leave without giving blood due to the codes the doctors order are not covered by Medicare, even though I ask them to check. Should be a way for the customer to check before making the appointment so we don't waste our time and the technicians as well.
