Short wait. Phlebotomist LAKEISHA was AMAZING: helpful, efficient, professional & gentle!!!! I didn't even feel the needle. I had about 20 tubes to fill , but she was so organized that it went very quickly!!! She really knows what she's doing!!!

I definitely recommend making an appointment. I was seen within 10-15 minutes of my appointment time. There were 8-12 people still waiting to be called who just walked in and had been waiting quite some time.

It is very unethical the fact that walk-ins can wait for many hours and still have no guarantee that they'll be seen. People don't have the luxury of time to sit there and wait for hours. The staff at two different locations exhibited the same attitude when walk-ins asked how long would they think they'll have to wait. The responses were "the appointments are priority,If we can see you we will but it will be a while. How is this ethical? People have jobs, kids to attend to, etc. I recommend that Quest either eliminates the walk-in option and only attend people via appointments or creates a process were walk-ins have a guarantee to be seen even if the wait is long. However, disclosing to the best of your ability the approximate wait time. Your greediness to collect money for thos who cancel appointments by allowing walk-ins is hurting people and your reputation.
