I love Publix but the only problem with this store is the bagger person do not offer you to take out your groceries or give you that eye contact, they prefer to be on their phone or talk to the cashier about nonsensical stuff ?

I am always greeted with friendly smiles. If there are any items that I cannot immediately, locate one of the store associates will walk me to the items. They are wonderful ?

Exactly what you expect from a Publix store. Clean, friendly and fully stocked. The pharmacy staff is very nice and always looks out for you. New products are added all the time. Their produce is always fresh!

The deli is a joke! After standing there for over 10 minutes waiting to be helped, I had to ask if anybody was working the hot side! I guess the employees that were working had better things to do. Finally after another couple minutes, someone decided to actually ask me what they could get me. "Well sorry we don't have anymore of that" is what I was told. I asked to speak to the deli manager and the only response he could offer was " there is no excuse ".
Well how about do a better job of training your employees! This happens more often than not at this particular Publix.

I ordered 20 subs for pick up this morning with two hours notice and they did a great job. The order was perfect. It’s a nice clean store. Well organized. I was very happy to find it where it was.
