Whoever keeps answering the phone at this location is very rude and condescending! She makes you feel stupid and like you don’t know anything! Definitely not how I perceived that a Publix location would be considering they are supposed to be customer friendly! I will be transferring my prescription out from there because I’m tired of getting talked to as if I’m dumb and don’t know anything! You guys should get friendlier staff!!!

With this pharmacy it's hit or miss as to whether or not they are going to rude to you. Happens in person but usually over the phone (multiple times). Today I called to check on my husband's prescription as we ordered it over a week ago and have heard nothing back. The person who answered the phone said only that " we haven't heard back from the doctor's office for refill". So, I asked if anyone does a follow up or if were they planning to let us (the customer) know anything. Like, to call our doctor, etc... she says "no, we just wait to see if the doctor's office responds". No other Publix pharmacy, in the past, has ever been so unhelpful and rude. What has happened to customer service? Thinking we will take business elsewhere moving forward.

I've gotten 2 Covid vaccines and a Flu shot here before. The staff has always been friendly. No arguments there. Only issue I usually have is that I have to wait a while to get my shots even when I show up on time for an appointment. Typically 20 minutes or so. It's as if they wait till I get there to start preparing for it. It's only been a minor inconvenience for me so far but I would be very frustrated if it caused me to be late for something else.My advice is if you are going to make an appointment for anything at this pharmacy, make sure you have nothing important to do immediately after.

Zoey at the pharmacy was very rude and customer service was awful, I wouldn’t be coming to give my money to people who don’t know how to address customer properly

Friendly team. Great service at the Deli. Cashier was super. Young man, Alex, bagging my groceries did great! Some don’t pay attention, just put whatever in the bags. He should be a trainer.

I’ve been to this Publix 3 times in the past month; every time there is someone without a face mask despite the mandate. One memorable occasion there was a manger at the front of the store when a guy came in stating loudly he didn’t have a mask and no one made him leave; the manager just laughed. Face masks are required, you as a business are required to enforce them. Shame on you.

I cannot even begin to explain how horrible the service in their pharmacy is. Publix is a great supermarket (honestly a fave) and they always have great service. Recently I had bronchitis and had to pick up a prescription from Publix. For one, I was lied to and told that it would not be covered by my insurance only to find out, one thing was covered and another prescription wasn't. They never even explained that and led me to believe it wouldn't be covered at all.

Elizabeth Makar was Rude, Impatient & Should Not Work in the Pharmacy Dept!!! I am extremely disappointed with this Publix location's quality of service in the Pharmacy department. I had to wait a long time for an advanced scheduled pick up which was not ready when I arrived then I was given alot of attitude and rude behavior by Elizabeth. There is too much competition when it comes to Choosing a Pharmacy and this was my First and Last time visiting this location!!!!
