Great & welcoming staff members here! I really enjoyed the machines at this location (they count your reps as you're doing them) and the black card lounge was very nice as well. A few stations were out of paper towels, but that's not a big deal to me since it means folks are actually wiping down equipment!

The parking lot is extremely small and shared by multiple businesses. Very limited parking during busy hours, and even during the day on a Monday around 1:00 p.m.. parking lot is not RV or 18-wheeler friendly.
Numerous staff working, the 2 hours we were here. Here only one person walked around and was attempting to clean. Stash should be walking around continuously and cleaning. This is a medium-sized facility that is very dark inside with different type of lighting from fluorescent to LED, black ceilings which make it really dark inside.
The cardio area is well stocked, the machine area has all the old style machines in there but they all still function well.
The men's and women's bathroom are filthy, the same trash on the floor from 2 hours ago when I first walked in. No staff has cleaned anything or checked. It appears. Overhead fans with air conditioning so it's not too humid inside.
If I lived here and wasn't just visiting, I would definitely find a different Planet Fitness go-to that was nearby instead of this one. I would use this one as a last resort. No interaction with the staff other than check-in.

Overall I love this gym. but I have noticed the last couple of times going trash overfilled and the bathrooms were not clean. The sinks were really dirty and overall the bathroom was not clean.

So I guess the people would rather clean the machines....look at you at the counter waiting...and go back to cleaning.
No tanning at night I guess.
Guess I should cancel the membership.

I would not recommend planet fitness in general but especially this location. I’m in the process of starting a small claims lawsuit against this location and I would guess there’s enough for a class action if others have had similar experiences. They charge sporadically and ghost “late fees”, a refusal to connect you with a phone number for upper management, the owner and/or and corporate and charged an annual fee the day after they forced us to come in to cancel the membership.
Terrible customer service and the charges they state when you sign up is not the what you actually get charged. Beware before signing up and giving your credit card information to these people.
I would give 0 stars but google won’t allow me.

This appears to be an older Planet Fitness location, and unfortunately it shows. I signed up for a membership and made this my home gym, but plan on transferring to a newer location (even though it will be farther away). The staff is nice, but upon my first visit some of them were too busy talking to one another and on their phones that I actually had to interrupt them to ask where I scanned in.
The locker rooms are old and not as well-maintained as other clubs I have been to between loose shower heads, drains, puddles of water outside of showers, and a strong smell in the locker room (I know locker rooms smell, but I’ve been to other PF that don’t have this problem). Additionally there were no hairdryers in the men’s locker room. The overall equipment is good and there’s a large amount, but I did get on one broken stair-stepper machine that another member joked “that works sometimes”.
I read in another review about the classes/New Hire Orientation and signed up on my second visit, but turns out those aren’t held if there isn’t a trainer available. If this is the norm for all Planet Fitness locations, then the option needs to be removed from the app. Also the location where it says for classes to meet on a sign is littered with storage boxes, even though there’s a table and chair that are meant to be for consultations, meeting, etc.
For the monthly price of less than $30 for a Black Card membership, it’s decent, but would not be my first choice location in the future.

First time in this area at this time of night. I’m writing this review because I came here tonight to workout and despite Google maps and Apple Maps showing the club being open, the person inside has the door locked. I saw the lights on and someone walking away from the gym which makes it look open. Even the Planet Fitness app doesn’t show an open time for Monday. I have a job out here that causes me to have late nights. Driving to this location after verifying if it would be open is a massive waste of time and gas. I tried letting the worker know that he should notify someone to have this changed. He was rude and argumentative. At first telling me “I’m not responsible for what it says on the site”, then decided to point at the sign on the door mean while I’m telling him to let the person who would be responsible know. To then start an argument with me about the semantics of whether or not it’s Monday. I didn’t think it would be a difficult matter to notify the person running this location to update their actual hours. As I write this I watch another person try to enter. Which definitely shows I’m not off base to believe this location would be open at 2:30am on Monday because all online services are indicating this.
Edit: this is a response for the owner. If you are now aware of the issue and you’re asking me to bring that to the manager when I’m not from the area. I can see why your reps treats gyms goers poorly when there is an issue. Reps reflect the attitude of management and management reflects the attitude of the owners.

I understand that Planet fitness is supposed to be a judgement free zone, but it’s ridiculous that I am being critiqued and most recently, yelled at, by a worker who is, not of the healthiest standards. Everytime I come into this planet fitness there are less and less people and the staff is constantly changing over the past year I’ve had my membership and I believe it’s all cause of the poor and aggressive and insecure management. Some serious change needs to be made, if you want this to be a busy and successful gym maybe start by trimming the fat.

Walking into the gym today. It was a clean environment. Not too loud and not too quiet. No issues period. However, that changed when a thicker woman (i’m assuming the manager) got under my skin. Her lack of customer service was astonishing. I was baffled, bewildered, in awe and for all the wrong reasons. The most disappointing part of this is that I enjoyed Planet Fitness before this. Unfortunately, I will have to change gyms because I want a gym that’s ACTUALLY a judgement-free zone.
