Took my 3 month old to get her ears pierced. Why maybe 4 hours later the same day her piercing was out. Smh not even 24 hours after piercing. A waste of my Damn money. Pissed.

My piercing holes had closed over and I went in for a re-piercing. The woman at the counter checked them out and thought that she could still find the openings and she gently and patiently used the piercing earrings to reopen the holes without having to re-pierce again. I really appreciated her thoughtfulness and diligence and making the whole experience a very positive one!

I went to get my nephews ears pierced and the gentleman manning the counter was helpful. He juggled a lot at one time flawlessly between three different customers all showing up at the same time. Thank you for taking care of us! I ended up walking away with new jewelry for my industrial as well!

Just now leaving a review. However, I went a while back and I wish I hadn't. There were 2 workers and one of them had the nastiest attitude with one of the guests. The worker walked out and quit on the spot. The other worker also argued back and forth with her. It was my turn to sit in the chair to get my second holes pierced and after witnessing the workers argue, I should have left. Instead, the worker was so impatient and ended up piercing the holes crooked. Thanks?. Now one of the holes on one ear is so close to my first hole, so I can't even wear average sized earrings. Going to an actual professional would've been better.

By far the WORST experience dealing with “professionals” in this industry. I bought earrings from them three months ago that were NOT cheap and the diamond had came out. I took them back to be fixed and they told me there was nothing they could do with me and persisted on arguing back and fourth with me rather trying to help me at all. The young girl piercing my niece knew nothing about the aftercare and shouldn’t be able to pierce someone with proper knowledge and application. Do we not need to be BBP certified? Because I feel they weren’t. Be careful coming here you will only get CHEAP products for way over the amount there worth to rip you off and make there money. Too many stores like this and that’s the only reason that mall hasn’t been abandoned. Truly shows gain over integrity.

They've done several piercings for me now, and not problems at all. Barely feel it, which is great! Staff very helpful. Warranty is def worth the small prices. Love them !!!

My 13 year old daughter wanted to get her ears pierced as a birthday present. Upon reading the reviews about this location, I was hesitant to take her because I wanted the experience to be special. I decided to give this place a try because it was so much closer to my house than the other location. And I am glad I did. Lydia was awesome she put my nervous daughter at ease. And I thank her for making the experience memorable. I highly recommend her and the prices are reasonable. To the point where my other daughter ended up with a new pair of earrings. Thank you Lydia.
