FIRSTLY I WOULD LIKE TO STATE THAT I HAVE ME A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 10 YEARS WITH NO ISSUES, BOTH THE MANAGER AND SUPERIOR DIANE HAS TREATED ME AND MY BUSINESS PROFESSIONALLY. I USED THIS MAIL CENTER ABOUT 2 to 3 days a week for both personal and professional WITHOUT NO ISSUES NOT ONCE. They both have EXTENDED THEIR SERVICES WITH CARE AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EACH TIME. I AM GREETED WITH SUPPORT FOR MY BUSINESS AND THEY HAVE INCREDIBLE PATIENCE WITH ME AND MY BUSINESS PRODUCTS EACH TIME. THE TRACK ALL MY GOOD INCLUDING MY PACKAGES GOING INTERNATIONAL. I HAVE RECEIVED THE HIGHEST SERVICE THAN A REGULAR POST OFFICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MAIL SERVICE FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO CONTINUE USING THEIR SERVICES.

Always a pleasant experience. The service is quick and efficient, never had a problem getting my packages out. And whenever I have a question, they assist me as best they can. Highly recommended over any other mail center! ?

I went to mail, something I being ask to $13 for me to track on , because I put gift card on it for my friend daughter graduation, mail never arrived or come back. After I called several the owner was very rude to me instead to help me almost a month
Noting never received. What strange i give the employee the gift card, i can't never find out what happened! I loss my gift card for $50 plus graduates car $8 and shipping, I do not recommend mail center to anyone.

On February 3rd, I arrived at The Mail Center 10 minutes early for my online fingerprinting appointment. Despite a line ahead of me, I patiently waited my turn, eventually becoming the 3rd person in line after waiting behind a customer and a couple with an infant.
When it was my turn, the worker or owner behind the desk asked, with a slight watered down British accent how he could assist me. I explained my fingerprinting appointment and he directed me to wait at the back of the establishment. However, he then prioritized serving another customer with a time-consuming shipping request instead.
I asked him politely to attend to me next, as I was next in line to be served. However, his unprofessional and defensive response led me to write this complaint. While he trying very poorly to debate with me the store phone rang continuously and then stopped. He then had the audacity to tell me, “Because of you, I just missed that phone call.” He made himself the victim of his own lack of customer service. This is typical abuser psychology.
As he continued to use faulty circular logic to try to justify his poor customer service, he tried to make excuses for his poor behavior suggesting that the fingerprinting is "just a side business" that they offer in their establishment. Continuing to try to debate with me he then said that since the woman AGREED, he would service my order. More gaslighting. I reminded him that she could not "agree" to anything as she had no authority to do so as I was rightfully in line to be serviced. He tried to gaslight me further and told me that "we should all try to get along." I was embarrassed for HIM and just remained quiet and buried myself in my phone as he came to tend to me.
Finally, he reveals his true feelings saying, "The quickest thing would be to take care of that customer and then deal with you". His language is clear that he didn’t regard me as a “customer” but someone he had to “deal” with.
Did I not make an appointment? Wasn’t I on time for my appointment? Did I not wait in line patiently like all customers? Did I not respectfully ask to please be treated fair and to honor my appointment? For whatever reason he viewed the person behind me as more valuable.
When he was clearly unethical, unfair and unprofessional in his treatment of me, he simply should have acknowledged that he made poor judgment, even a mistake. He should have asked the customer to just wait for him to serve the customer before her (me), but instead of being mature and showing decency, he went ahead and tried to flip the script and blame ME for advocating for MYSELF and MY TIME.
This is typical narcissistic behavior of an abusive individual who for some reason or not decided that this person behind me was more important to serve than I was. He had no sense of accountability. These are the signs of selfish out-of-touch individuals that are never wrong. First, he tried to rearticulate my polite request to not be skipped over by someone behind me. And then he convinces himself that my insistence for fair service is somehow a cause for discord. He tried to prevent me from speaking in my own terms so that he could possibly prevent me from defending myself against his abusive behavior. Ultimately, he was offended that he didn’t get to rob me of my own request to be treated fairly and not be taken advantage of by his arbitrary framing and misapplied logic of the situation. It’s unacceptable and subpar behavior for which he should be ashamed.

No words for how disappointed I am with this location. Used them for a few years and then BAM…service down the drain! Was expecting a very expensive shipment that I was supposed to pick up from this location. It was for my customers and very urgent to my business!I called the location looking for the package and am told the sender (located out of the country) canceled the delivery. Made no sense because the sender was paid in full and has been excellent since I started working with them. Also the tracking showed it arrived in Ocoee and was REFUSED?!I called FedEx trying to figure out what happened and a supervisor told me a “female name” at this location REFUSED MY PACKAGE!!! I am the recipient, how can a mail center worker refuse a package not intended for them?! Insanity!!! I tried to reach the owner (told his name is Harry, that is probably not true either) to get more information and try to prevent a future issue and NOTHING! Disgusted does not begin to describe how I feel about this situation. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau because their disrespect of my business has cost me hundreds in re-delivery costs and time. Have your packages shipped here at your own RISK! If they don’t want to receive it (a MAIL CENTER?!?) then you are totally up a creek without a paddle! Even worse, no apology and just passing the buck! I will never do business here again!**Update: Really shocked and saddened to see the response from the owner on this issue. No call was received about this package and even more disheartening we spoke directly with the name of the individual recorded as the “refuser of the package”. If you personally handled this, Harry, then why does the name say otherwise on who refused it. To add insult to injury your worker stated on more than one call your business NEVER refused the package or handled it. On her third discussion with me she shared that it in fact arrived to your business and was returned by the FedEx driver and he just “threw her name down” as the contact. We have reported him to FedEx, as well based on the information she provided. What’s really shocking in reading your response is it appears the worker was not honest, again. I suggest, as a fellow business owner, that you meet with your team and discuss customer issues before responding. Had you contacted me directly (which I requested but was told you were too busy) it may have helped clear some of the issues. Unfortunately you had time to sit and type a response but not exhibit quality service and make a 5 minute call.

t was told I would have to Pat twenty dollars for bubble and then get charged more for a bigger box. when our company has a account and I had a pre paid label. what A rip off,,, I'm going to ups! pure greed......or we just don't matter as customers

This store is perfect for all of my business needs! They have been very helpful and efficient every time I go! I actually go a few miles out of my way just to go to this location for peace of mind I will be taken care of.
