I'm not sure if I missed it, but I took the chance to change my baby inside the Lakeshore center. There were no handicap buttons to push open the doors and there was no changing table in the women's restroom. I do hope that maybe I overlooked it when I was in the building.

Attended a charity dinner at the Ocoee Lakeshore Center and had a nice time. Staff was excellent, facilities were clean, and the caterer served a very good meal!!

What an amazing venue with amazing service!! Shea and Reba are great to work with and extremely accommodating!! My wife and I got married at the venue last year and they were both exceptional from start to finish. We highly recommend this gem and team! Looking forward to celebrating an anniversary soon, there!!

As a photographer, capturing moments at this venue was an absolute delight. The beautiful outdoor area was a perfect background for the stunning ceremony and group shots. The lake was perfect for the intimate moment between the couple, and the spacious ballroom allowed guests to have fun as we moved freely to capture the best candid moments—five stars for providing an excellent canvas for capturing lifetime memories.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service we received from Zainab, the event aide, during our wedding reservation process. Zainab not only guided us through a thorough and informative tour but also patiently answered all of our questions, putting us at ease with her knowledge and professionalism. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the experience enjoyable and significantly contributed to making our special day stress-free. Zainab is undoubtedly the best, and her ability to calm any pre-wedding jitters earned her our utmost gratitude. We are truly grateful for her outstanding support and look forward to working with her for our wedding.

I had my daughter wedding both Hindu and wedding reception. Place was clean and staff was polite. Lots of compliments from our guests. Would highly recommend this venue.

I didn’t end up using this event center because my wedding plans changed from unfortunate events but I just wanted to leave a review of how cooperative and understanding the crew was of my situation. Their policies stated certain rules and regulations and I just really appreciate them working with me and allowing me to move forward without a hassle.

Horrible customer service. Very rude. I rented the whole venue. They even make you take out the garbage at the end of your event and take it to the dumpster. Ridiculous! They were very demanding and not deliver. Venue was not ready with chairs to seat guests at the time of my event but they were constantly calling me prior event to insist I finish an hour earlier or they will keep my deposit. Never again!

The place is nice , but the service is the worst. It was the worst thing that ever happened to me and my staff. What this 2 guys did , I can’t even explain it.

First and foremost this venue is beautiful, but not worth the headache my family and I got from our past weekend event. One particular employee that was there on the day of our event made our event a living hell. Will not recommend the headaches with all their policy and regulations.

we had to spend so much money on this and plus we had to spend another thousand dollars just for decoration hours I would not recommend I wish I could give a zero out of five rating if I can
