I’m not sure how things are normally at this location, but I scheduled same day online, was brought back on time and had an outstanding experience. “I've been here once before and didn't experience anything particularly remarkable last time, but my most recent wellness visit left a lasting impression. I came in as a walk-in and checked in via kiosk- super convenient. I was called to the front desk relatively quickly, and then was seen within less than 10 minutes.I don't know if the phlebotomist was having a particularly good day at 6am, but I've never had such a positive experience getting my blood drawn. I didn't really pay attention to his name, but he had a beard and did his best to make the experience comfortable. In my experience, most phlebotomists barely look you in the eyes, and work with the clear purpose of stabbing you with a needle, collecting what they need, and moving on. He addressed me, tried to distract from the needle with conversation, and addressed me like a real person instead of a task. Very much appreciated.”
