We hired Let it Go Lifestyle Estate Sales for my parent’s estate. They took a difficult process and made it as easy as possible. They were compassionate and professional and exactly what they said they would be. I could not believe how well the sale went and at the end of the process we had a cleared home to work with. I have spoken with others who hired different companies and they told me not to expect anything positive. LIGL more than met expectations!

BEWARE! They totally screwed me over. I secured a date with them 2 months before my sale. Tony is a smooth talker and will tell you exactly what you want to hear, but he's more of a snake oil salesman than anything else. Since I didn't hear from them AT ALL as the date was getting closer, I texted them 2 weeks before the sale dates to see when they were coming over to go over details. They then told me that there wasn't enough inventory to make it worth their while and booked my dates with someone else. She apologized for not letting me know beforehand. WHAT?! So, I was 2 weeks from moving across country and I had a house full of stuff to sell and get rid of. I contacted other estate sale agencies and they were all booked. I was left with contacting an auction house and had to pay them $1000 to haul everything out of my house and "maybe" they could sell some of my items at auction. If you even think about using them, get a signed contract with your dates before they leave your house because who knows what they will decide once they leave. There are a few great estate sale places in the Orlando area. Shop around, and use anyone else but them.
I just saw their reply and they lied (again). I told them during the tour of the house which items would stay. This was NOT a surprise later on. They also lied about my response. I was not ballistically angry. I was very upset because I was being left with a house full of furniture. Of course my blood pressure was up and yes I had sleepless nights, but the fault is completely theirs. They neglected to tell me in a timely manner that they were not going to do my sale. I don't write negative reviews unless I see a need and in this case their is. You can see from Tony's reply that he didn't like being confronted about this. Like most con men, they want to keep their dysfunction in the dark. Sure, they have lots of positive reviews, but the public has a right to know that there's another side to their business. If you work with them, get a contract ASAP. Otherwise, you could end up in my situation.

First met you guys at an estate sale you had in Errol estates several years ago, was very impressed with the comfort level you guys displayed and how well everything was labeled and grouped. Found an awesome bench grinder we bought, and excited you had a store in Ocoee since we also live in Ocoee. I was impressed since I asked Tony at the sale if you came across fishing items often in your sales, his answer was yes sometimes and he made sure we had a business card for future notices.
Then to my surprise about 8 months later I got a email from Tony saying he remembered I was interested in fishing equipment for sale and if I was still looking, you had a upcoming sale in Ocoee in a few days to check out. It was an awesome find, got several old rods and reels to refurbish which we then gift to the kids in our church and other groups like the boy scouts fishing camp in Clermont.

We went to our 1st sale at Summit Greens in Clermont Fl. We're very pleased with all our purchases. We were at the sale the 1st day and the last day. We only wish they would have delivery service for large pieces. I hope to go to another sale in the future

Let It Go Lifestyle hosted my Estate Sale last month! Renee and Tony and their team are experts! i was very impressed by their teams professionalism, friendliness and superb work ethic to organize, price and display the sale items! They have a huge following which brought crowds to the sale. This resulted in a very successful sales (the proceeds were more than double what i imagined). If you are considering an estate sale, i highly recommend this team!!

You never know what type of treasures you're going to find. Yes, photos are posted - however, it's not until you see the items in person that makes the experience so much better! This is a great group of people. I have been to several of their sales. They are organized and knowledgeable. They are friendly and helpful. I enjoy getting emails from them and looking through the pics of the upcoming sales. They always give clear instructions and make their rules clear. I have even recommended them to someone who was in need after the death of a family member.
