Dr. B is very genuine and caring and is one of those vets who looks at each animal individually, sees the client and their situation, and makes suggestions based on what is right for that family. He is pragmatic and mindful, kind and thoughtful and everything you want from a vet. I love taking my pets here!

Just called to make an appointment and ask questions about a procedure and a lady named Anna was very unprofessional. I asked if this clinic does botfly removals and she said she doesn't know what it is. And I asked to speak to someone else that knows what it is, and she said no. I don't understand why I couldn't speak to a professional who does the procedures itself or someone that knows what it is!! I asked over and over to speak to someone else and she kept on saying no and that she will call me back in half a hour!! Unprofessional.

Great place. Attentive e nice staff. The veterinarian explained the alternatives for treatment and if this did not resolve, surgery would be recommended. He is very profissional and friendly. This is the place for you to take your dog with the certainty that it will be taken care of.

My experience with lake Olympia veterinary clinic was great. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Beltran always explains himself very clearly when he treats my dog Chase. I take my dogs here. I moved to Montverde and still make the long drive. I took my dog that I found out had cancer and the Dr was very compassionate and took his time to explain everything. Later on I took my other dog who was having arthritic pain and itchiness from allergies. He took time away from his lunch hour to get the pain prescription/shot to help her. She is like a brand new dog now. I really love the staff in how kind and helpful they are. I will never go to a different vet. They are always on time too as soon as I walk in they take us back to the clinic room. If I could give this vet an extra star I would.
