I always hate the "I would give this place a zero if it was an option!" statement, but for this one it rings true. I only needed to get a specimen cup for a test, and this is not an option on the check-in kiosk. There is no one at the desk. I was informed by others that there are only two employees working the facility. Many people waiting with appointments stated they were there more than an hour after their appointment time. My order was sent electronically. The lady opens the door to call another patient, and she gets rushed by about 10 people who you could also tell had not seen signs of life in quite some time. I inform her that I just need a specimen cup. She stated that I would need an order as there are different types of tests. "Duh", I KNOW THIS! She did not want to look up the order and said I needed to bring in paper. Most unprofessionaly appearing facilities I have EVER come across. Impersonal set-up, slower than snails, unwilling to do their job, and not given the resources to if they wanted to put in the effort!

I can’t understand the negative reviews. The ladies here were super nice & my phlebotomist was fast & made my experience painless. I was a walk in and only waited less than 30 minutes!

The staff are the rudest people you will ever come across. They talk to you like you’re an idiot, do not give proper instructions, and are unwilling to lift a finger to help you in any way. After standing at the check-in window for 5mins while they’re having a personal conversation (knowing I’m waiting there and still choosing to ignore me) before I had to awkwardly interject and ask what I’m supposed to do in regards to my drug test.
You can’t get in contact via phone with anyone from ANY Labcorp location to verify if they take walk-ins. It doesn’t matter what time of day, no one answers. Ever. When I drove there and took my chances, I had to deal with people who hate their job and want nothing more than to make you hate your life too.

I was honestly a little worried to go to this location after reading all the bad reviews, but it was not as bad as the majority of the reviews made it seem (at least for me). I did a walk-in today (Thursday) and got there at 6:58am and signed in quickly. They just wanted some standard info and to scan the back of my drivers license. By 7:36 the receptionist had gathered my paperwork and by 8:12 I was completely walking out the building. The lady who took my blood said she had been doing this for 22 years and I could tell, it was super quick, almost painless and I didn’t feel dizzy after like I usually do. For being a walk-in I really don’t think 1 hour is too bad at all!

Do not go to this laboratory, I treat the patient poorly. They treated me an hour and a half after arriving; and I already had an appointment!!! I don't recommend it at all!!

Long wait even if you make an appointment and there is no urgency when the line is long and the waiting room is full.

The worst part is that kiosk style check in process. There are employees here! There's no need for these damn unmanned machines. I saw no less than 3 people getting lost trying to use that machine and the employees offered almost no help at all. Worst service experience ever.

I cannot figure out why they take appointments only to make you wait for 30 minutes past your appointment. Additionally, this morning, the check in clerk was unpleasant, no smile, no greeting, curt personality.

Very rude young lady at the front desk. If you don’t like your job find another one but patients need to be respected and not ignore or talk to in a rude way!

I can’t even find no words to explain the disrespectful of staff from this facility. if Labcorp can’t afford to hire professionals, they need to just shut their doors. I had a 6:30 appointment this morning when I got here at 6:28 it was already over a dozen of patients at the door waiting, none of us don’t know why they wasn’t open yet, at 7:05 I called corporate, they’re wasn’t even aware that the facility was close. Around 7:15 when one of the tech (name Dejuan, along side Shernell) decided to showed up, she sat at her car for over 45 minutes I guess she was waiting on her colleagues, when she finally came at the door she couldn’t even open the door, and she was full of attitudes towards all of us Like we did something wrong. overall the customer services at this place is beyond disgusting.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Showed up at 6:30 am for an appointment, but the location was not open. Staff NEVER showed up! The least they could have done was cancelled the appointment or even put a notice on the door. 7 people showed up this morning.

Booking appointments doesn’t help, people that walked in were getting helped before appointments. Very slow service and long hours of waiting. Complete disregard for people

Opens at 6 but you need to get here early otherwise your stuck for hours because they work at snails pace. Arrived at 5:30 they open the doors and I stood at there tablet trying to sign in for well over twenty minutes . I asked the two people sitting at the desk if they could sign people in. The only thing they were good for was repeating you have to be patient it takes a a few minutes for the computers to warm up. Why have people sitting at a desk doing nothing while you have two lines of people trying to sign into a system that isn't working. Left after 25 minutes no blood work done and screen still trying to load. It's ridiculous that insurance companies stick you with service's from companies like this.
