This company does exactly what they promise at your first consultation. Innovative Tax Solutions found the best solution for me. They had me moved into a hardship no collection status. Jornan Diaz was exceptional in every aspect of his job. He always responded to my texts or calls. He provided expert advice for me and I will be forever grateful. CPA Arianna can't fix the simple mistake SHE made. She will tell you she have tried, wasted so many hours of her time trying to fix it. STILL NOT FIXED. Charged over $800 to do taxes. Never paid this much in my life. I am not a business owner. Had W2 for two people, 1099 and have a child. Nothing complicated. If you want to have a CPA who can fix their mistake, definately not here. I went here with many recommendation. Im sure she is great when all are going well. NOT WHEN IT NEEDS PROBLEM SOLVING> DUE TO HER!
