DECEIVED BY THE OWNERS JOSHUA & ADAM!!! So disappointed after bringing a couch home, being told I can try it for 30 days and it still not satisfied, switch at no charge or return for FULL REFUND.... Neither of which have been true!! We received the sectional back in Dec, and I immediate it wasn't a good fit for my husband's back. This was explained to the Ocoee FL location and we have yet to see them do right by their word!!!! Unacceptable customer service and no regard for customer satisfaction. They promise to make ANY situation right, but fail to tell you it's what THEY deem is right! So frustrated and husband still in pain. Wonder if this is a liability for the company!? Our visit to Hudson’s Furniture was a pleasant one. Nano was a great sales rep, selection was awesome, and the prices were great. We bought a new recliner couch and we will be back!

We had a wonderful experience with John in the Ocoee ,FL store. We had worked with him once before and unfortunately were not able to find something to suit our needs at the time. When we came back more than two years later he still recalled us and this time we were able to do business. Hudson’s has quality and stylish furniture and with the personable customer care and knowledge John provides you have a customer for life!

John Hudson is the BEST! He is very knowledgeable, and took all the time necessary for us to make a comfortable, informed decision about our purchase. No hard sell, no salespeople on commission hovering and pestering. Drive right past the other stores on W Colonial, and go straight to Hudson's. Great people, great selection!

Found the perfect sofa today with the help from the salesman John. Because I am not tall, he showed me a sofa that really fits me and took the time to go over all the fabric options. I felt like I was with a friend and not a salesman. Would definitely recommend checking them out!

Nano, ( the sales rep), was very knowledgeable about the products available, and guided us thru several options- without being pushy. It was such a pleasant experience, and we would definitely purchase from Hudson again - and would request Nano.

Greg at the Colonial store in Ocoee was a great help to us. I went back a second day and we explored all our options, he put together pricing for different bedroom suites and was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We had a great experience in choosing new furniture.

Nano, the company salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable and took me through the store to identify furniture that suited my taste. There was an excellent sale tied to store renovations that helped cement my purchase of a quality bedroom set.

During our visit to Hudson’s Furniture Store we met Nano.She is a very professional and most helpful sales lady! We were able to try out several different types of beds before deciding on the one we wanted. I would say it was a good experience!
