“It is a very nice hotel, very price convenient, it has the advantage of getting early access to Univeral Island of Adventure, walking distance to the park. The amenities are great for kids. The dinner has some healthy options. Rooms are a bit old but for a few nights stay is ok. We will definitely come back.”

“This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in for a family vacation in Orlando. I stayed here for 4 days and it has absolutely everything from a foodcourt with many options to bars, game room, starbucks and many great amenities. I would like to thank the great team that this hotel has each staff that I spoke to was pleasant & helpful which made our stay easier. The suite we stayed in was spectacular and the cleanliness was top of the line. Checking in and checking out was also so easy because they send you an email to do so or you can do it by the room tv and it saves you from standing in the very long lines. The room keys are also great souvenirs with your name on it that you can take as memory. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat and I am planning on returning to this hotel when visiting Orlando again. Thank you!”
“I don't go to a resort to stay in the room but I always enjoy a modern, "crisp" room. While there is nothing wrong with the room, other than the ac constantly short-cycling, it could really use some updating.Nearby activities: Very nice golf course on the property.Food & drinks: Many options on the property. Love the convenience.”

“Our experience with Hard Rock Hotel was amazing! Staying Club level was definitely worth the money. We enjoyed having access to the Club Lounge for food and drinks throughout the day. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. On the day we arrived, it was my husband's 40th birthday. The Rock Royalty concierge went out of his way to get us dinner reservations for a large group on the City Walk. The next day while we were out enjoying the park, they dropped off a plate of chocolate covered strawberries in our room and a birthday card for my husband. They even hooked us up with a complimentary cabana at the pool on our last day. This hotel far exceeded our expectations!Rooms: Our room was very clean when we arrived, and we founds the beds to be exceptionally comfortable. We had a double queen room, and found it to be a good size for 3 of us.Walkability: We loved the proximity to the parks. It was approximately a 5-10 minute walk to City Walk. We did take advantage of the water taxi a couple of times, but overall we enjoyed being so close to the parks.Food & drinks: Food was exceptional. We took advantage of the Club Lounge for breakfast every morning. It was a nice selection of breakfast items. We also popped in to the Club Lounge a few times in the evening to take advantage of the happy hour and the light dinner.We dined at The Beach Club twice, and we ate once at The Kitchen. The Kitchen was a top notch dining experience!Noteworthy details: The staff at this hotel is exceptional all the way around. Everyone is so friendly and helpful all the time. They went out of there way multiple times to make us feel comfortable and the extra things they did that we were not expecting made our stay so much better.”

“Amazing stay!! I don’t have enough positive things to say about this property! We stayed here to visit Universal Studios and it was perfect! We took a $7 Lyft instead of the complimentary shuttle that’s offered but either one would’ve been fine.The breakfast was huge and offered a variety everyday! Oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausages, and smoked lunchmeat to make sandwiches with. Very clean area. The hotel is undergoing renovations but the only inconvenience was the front desk was relocated. Didn’t hear anything or see any dust.The room was brand new and beautiful! There was a towel swan in the bathroom, what a nice touch!! And the towels were so soft! Everything smelled so clean!! They even offered antibacterial wipes for the remotes!! We had the room next to the elevator and didn’t hear it at all! Very quiet, beautiful stay.Every single employee was happy and peasant! Didn’t catch any of them having a bad day! They were all very happy and accommodating every time I saw anyone. There was one minor issue I brought up to management and it was remedied within minutes!!The gym is new and super clean. I had an amazing workout and then foam rolled afterwards. It was just what I needed! Hot tub after that!The pool area was gorgeous and the grill area and fireplace was such a neat spot. There were a ton of cabanas by the pool and a hot tub! It was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!Rooms: Huge and luxurious!!!Nearby activities: Universal Studios and plenty of restaurants less than 6 minutes drive away.Safety: Very safe, only one way in to the property.Food & drinks: Variety breakfast and dinner on Wednesdays!Noteworthy details: Resort feel! “This is my favorite universal hotel by far. The only thing holding this place back is the lack of in park line perks you'd get at the portifino, hard rock, and royal pacific. But you get a good room, really cool pools which there are two that are really fun and a splash pad for the really little ones and other options. I've stayed at Disney, Gaylord palms, and the royal pacific, and a few Orlando area hotels and when I say this is my favorite I am not lying”

“I stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced daily. Although the hotel was not the most modern, it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, both inside and out. My only downside was the pillows, which I found a little firm for my neck.
The staff were always smiling and welcoming. We were systematically greeted at each meeting. I felt a very pleasant atmosphere, almost like in a chain hotel like Disney or Universal, with an impeccable level of cleanliness, security and service. Excellent value for money!

We checked into room 110. We were a bit worried about noise because it was located right near the main lobby and breakfast area. Not.a.sound. Not sure how they soundproofed the doors and wall so well. Would love to know their secret for our home! The checkin process was seamless and rooms were very clean. The only aspect of the room we did not care for was the carpeting. It really needs to go. It smells and is obviously old. Other than that, our stay was flawless. We enjoyed the empty nature-esque pool and the breakfast bar. The lobby was perfect for our children to complete their online classes without any disruption.
The parking area seemed very safe and has a Korean Hot Pot, Sushi Restaurant and a Walgreens all in walking distance. If you get a hankering for ice cream there is a Twistee Treat not too far away too. ^^
The staff was so courteous and kind. We will definitely be back!
The remote quit working on us. But we do not really care for television. The lobby has a kiosk for purchasing snacks & drinks. There is a free shuttle to a theme park early am. They also have a nescafe coffee machine at the breakfast station. (All Best Westerns seem to be getting these now.)
