I came here to get a haircut after growing my hair out for so long. I told the stylist I wanted to get a butterfly cut and she proceeds to tell me that it only has layers in the front. I was very confused due to the photos not matching what she said. If she didn't know how to do the cut than she could have said so. She chops the front pieces so short that she made one side uneven then starts to blow dry the front and tell me that's it. I was horrified I didn't want her touching the rest of my hair and she was hurrying me up due to her next client waiting on her. I will never be coming back to this place ever again. I took my business elsewhere so they can fix the mess she left !!

Hair stylist is amazing. But what I didn’t like was that I had a coupon for 20% on the hair cut for my daughter and didn’t get to use it. The guy there rang me up and said I couldn’t get the discount haircut because I purchased hair products that were on sale. If you advertise hair products on sale it shouldn’t affect the discount you send by email for a hair cut. That’s just wrong and false advertisement

Hi I'm maliek and I like it over there dawnette is very good at hair cuts it's was good every time when I go there when I look at my hair cut and hair line it's cool it's clean in the bathroom it's nice in there and they show respect for others be nice and others and talk.

Their yuppie better than you attitude was deplorable. It showed on their face. If you get a smile it's because they think you'll tip big. I'll never be back to this location. I pay for customer service, not a greedy car salesman attitude. Go somewhere else and you'll get a more genuine experience and attitude

She was very nice but I explained that I wanted the dead cut off. When I went in, I had layers, when I left, I had a somewhat straight line. I hadn't realized it because I left with wet hair. My hair was below my waist when I arrived and it is barely below my shoulders now. I'm not happy what so ever with my hair. I thought it was going to be nice when it dried, I was very wrong. I left with wet hair because she said it was going from 26.00 dollars to 63.00 just to dry it. I assumed she was going to cut it the way it was since it was already laid out to cut the dead ends off. I wish I had dried it because then I would have seen it and the uneven line in the back. I guess you get what you pay for. Pictures are before and after. Picture before was 1 year ago so you can see how long it was before the cut.

I took my daughter in with beautiful long hair for a trim & some layers. I explained to Belkis very thoroughly what I wanted done. Well she did not listen & cut most of my daughter's hair off,now she has super short hair & that's not what we wanted. The layers Belkis did were horrible, the haircut that she gave her doesn't look like it came from a professional. Horrible experience to say the least.Service: Kids' cuts
