They did a unfinished Diagnosis on my friends car and charged her still. While the other shop found even more damage with proof during their diagnosis process.

We were told repeatedly that our car was awesome!! After taking it to a different mechanic when Elite didn’t fix what they said, we found out how many issues the car has! I don’t feel they did a thorough job and paid a LOT of $$$! If you bothered to check your records I am the one who paid for all the bills for Sara Walsh and was in your place of business multiple times!!!

This place is awful! My sister took her car here instead of being honest about the issues. They banded it up, so it seemed ok and charged a lot of money. They couldn't seem to ever come up with a solution with fixing the ac and just wasted time, so she took it to an actual shop where she was told the car has more issues than worth fixing. We wish this shop was honest from the beginning because there is no way they didn't know and half fixed things. She now is out a lot if hard worked money and has to send multiple messages for a reply. The owner responded to her on here in a totally different approach and comment's then the actual conversation. Run as far away from here as possible!

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP. They did not fully diagnose my car. I took it in for a full diagnoses and they lied and told me the car could be fixed for 5k I paid and then when they couldn't find a part nor fix a simple ac problem took my car to a REAL shop they told me the car was still leaking oil plus a bunch of other issues. The shop has been very unhelpful and unprofessional and makes excuses that they fixed "other leaks" but they should of when asked diagnosed the whole car. Pay the extra money and see a professional not these these people!

This place gave me the peace of mind I needed about my vehicle. I had been having trouble with the AC and with stressed out about having to try and get it into the dealership and they took care of. It had me in and out in the same day and the pricing was very reasonable. I would recommend this place 100 million times over and over. Was referred to this shop to get my Audi timing done and car doing the same as I dropped it off they charged me 2,146 and did not fix my car and still reading timing I wouldn’t recommend this shop for nobody with an AudiService: Engine repair

Honestly made a huge mistake going to these guys. Dropped off my vehicle to take care of an issue with vehicle. Left with the exact same issue but had to pay $623. Doesn’t seem right does it? In my opinion when a person takes a vehicle in for repair you should know the issue prior to repairing. How do you have a timing chain issue yet are told you need to change a gasket. Do not bring your vehicle to this wannabe mechanic!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for an AT solenoids replacement on my 2008 BMW 550i. Domingo was very honest and told me up front what could I expect from the work they did. Transmission issue was fixed. Happy customer.

I have been going to Elite Auto for many years. I have been driving my own cars for over 45 years. I have dealt with many auto repair entities over the years.Elite Auto is by far the most honorable, best performing place I have even experienced. In every way they are superior. Customer service is friendly and awesome. Actual work performed has ALWAYS been TOP NOTCH and NEVER A PROBLEM. On numerous occasions they have reminded me that service items were still under their warranty when I did not remember this at all. They always suggest ways and means of doing things that save me hundreds of dollars.They are about 60-70% lower cost than the Mercedes dealerships and 10x's more attentive.I cannot imagine anybody needing a Mercedes repaired going to anybody else than Elite.I am most thankful for you and your great service and always feel safe in your your hands.Thank you,CharlesServices: Auto engine tuning
