If I can give zero stars I would, however don't rent from these people, I've been a tented about 4 years, every few months they say I owe them money that I paid, complete scam. Times already hard enough, The account there does not know what she doing, she doesn't speak English, and states I owe rent and late fees which is ridiculously high from 2021, which I would of had an eviction notice by now. Im moving out of there place when my lease is up, don't go near these people if your looking to rent or buy.

They scammed me out of my $200 in application fees. They took my money with no hassle. But I was never ever able to follow up with them or find out anything about my application fee or money. A complete scam.

DO NOT USE THESE BROKERS!!! I SHOWED ONE OF THERE PROPERTIES AND MY CUSTOMERS PAID $200 AND A WEEK LATER THEY SAID THEY HAVE SQUATTERS IN THE HOUSE AND THEY WANTED ME TO GO OVER THERE AND GET THEM OUT SO MY CUSTOMERS COULD MOVE IN . NOW THEY WONT REFUND MY CUSTOMERS MONEY .

Very disappointing, sent them a non-refundable application fee of $100 per adult ($200) and they have no communication skills. They did at first when wanting the application fee but as soon as it was deposited into their account (whick was a bit shady and we should have known better) they stopped communicating with us. After hundreds of text messages, messages, and emails we finally got through to them. Remind you they never confirmed they received the money and application from us but did because we had to go straight to Bank of America to deposit. They never confirmed receiving anything from us. They may be an okay company in the Orlando area but they do not have anything in the Port St Lucie area but one home. Just beware of this company and how they want money. Very poor communication skills. They say they are ranked in the top 3 in Latino real estate, my guess there are only 3 real estate companies.
