Excellent service by ashleyann (I think that was her name) I had an issue with a phone and while she was not able to find a solution (at no fault of her own) after helping us for over an hour she was friendly,patient,understanding,and courteous the entire time.I Will definitely go back for help or even purchase phones and accessories if she is there.

So my husband broke his phone last night and the service today was exceptional as Always that’s why we keep coming back to this store. We were greeted by Stephen and he went above and beyond to get us set up. Exceptional Customer Service. Thank you we will keep coming back?

Stephen was absolutely fantastic. My phone was hacked and I could not get support to help me and was basically SOL. I went to this location and am so glad I did! Stephen went above and beyond to help me, even going so far as to tell the support people to get off script and think for themselves as to who the scammer is. Stephen was able to wrest my account back into my name and get everything where it belonged. I don't know what I would have done without him. He should have his own store as he's certainly employee of the century. Stephen, if you see this, Matt and I thank you very much!!!!

I needed a new SIM card because of the new towers and the lady told me I needed to buy a new phone. She had no idea what she was talking about, and was QUICK to tell me “I got a good deal for you”. Went to another cricket and got my SIM card, phone works fine. Staff don’t know what they are doing.

Train your employees to explain to the customers everything they are doing. When you say FREE, it really not FREE. They give accessories without asking and they give you this long receipt. How do you know if the customer have money to pay for this or that? EMPLOYEES ASK THE CUSTOMERS FIRST!! I KNOW YOU GET COMMISSION ON ACCESSORIES BUT ASK PLEASE!!

Love Cricket and the customer service that Mr. Lewis provided me was exceptional. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. He helped recover my Gmail information and I was able to get all my information to the new phone.
