We love the City Furniture in Ocoee, FL and Laura is amazing!! So patient and helpful while we find our “perfect piece”. And through the years, every staff member and manager has always been great helping us find what we’re lookin for and within our budget. Quality furniture for a great value. What we want is usually available and if not, they do everything they can to get it asap. And the credit back is always a bonus!!

My visit was prompted by the flyer ad sent in the mail. At first, was only looking for a stool to use in my figure drawing class. Which I found easily. The sales associate did not shadow me and just let me look. Which was perfect. Before we left, a friend with me purchased a sofa for his den. I will definitely return.

They sent a sofa with the wrong color and a damaged chair.
In addition to making mistakes and delivering damaged items, you have to wait until they can deliver them, only their availability is valid, total disrespect to the consumer

My boyfriend and I purchased a couch from City Furniture, and we are very please with the couch itself, as well as Matthew who helped us in the process of choosing our couch. Matthew showed us many great options that ultimately led to our decision to the couch we chose. The poor amount of stars comes from the fact that we paid extra to have the couch delivered to our apartment, set up, and the boxes disposed of. When the couch was delivered the drivers left them there without setting up the couch. Our property manager let the drivers in, which we approved, but they did not set it up as they were informed to do. We had to set up the couch all by ourselves, and when we called to inform someone at City Furniture of the issue, we were told that we could not be refunded for the extra money we paid because they could not get ahold of the drivers as to why they did not complete the job. We were informed that we could. Or be refunded for the extra money we paid, and offered a gift card of lesser value, which expires after 45 days. I am not the type of person to leave a poor review, but we were extremely disappointed about this situation. Again I would like to shout out Matthew for being so kind to us, as he was the best part of our experience with City Furniture.
