I will definitely use in the future. I like how they show you the inspection, and before and after work photos. You also get your own copy via text and email. I scheduled an alignment for my truck and they did a quick inspection as well. It was all done in less than an hour.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop last week. I was initially quoted $155 to test and inspect my car for a service quote. It ended up costing me $721 for them to complete the testing and return the car to me in the condition they found it. I paid the amount at the time just to get my car back. They quoted me a ridiculous $33K to remove and replace the engine. They said it was required. I took the car to another shop and got the repair done for a small fraction of what they quoted. BTW...I did not need a new engine at all, and the car now runs great. Either Christian Brothers did not know what they were doing or trying to take advantage of me or both. At the end, they said they recorded all conversations. I hope that they did as Florida statues prohibit recording conversations without mutual consent.I received an email from the owner who referred me to Chris the GM. I proposed a fair settlement to Chris which he accepted. The issue was resolved and Chris was very understanding, fair and professional.

Easily the cleanest shop I've ever been in. The link they sent after diagnostic, including photos of the problem areas, was super helpful! Jim at the front was very helpful and easy to discuss concerns of costs and repairs with. I appreciated his easy professionalism. Added bonus was the courtesy shuttle that allowed me to keep working while my truck was in the shop. Definitely will go back as needed.
