Had to physically come in the bank to take care of my service needs. Quite strange with the new technology that I actually had to come in the bank although this is old school I love the fact that these ladies actually listen to my concerns and took care of my issue.

The ATMs never work here. Graffiti all on the machines and only like 2 people that work here are actually nice. This location makes me want to end my relationship with Chase Bank.

Chase closed my account for no reason. When I went to the branch to find out why they wouldn't give me any information, but said I could set up a meeting where they could access my account and give me more information. When I set up the appointment and talked to the person, they said they can't unlock my account or give me any information. They gave me a number to call that could unlock my account. When I called this number they told me they couldn't unlock my account. It's a bunch of running in circles to get no outcome. Terrible customer service and it feels like they have no idea what they're doing. Really disappointed with Chase.

No tellers no employees just a big ATM that accepts large cash deposits and large withdrawals. I don’t think you can call this a branch it’s just a big ATM

I had a unauthorized debit from Sunset luxe company on March 6, 2023 for $447.87 I have spoken to over four different managers with the merchant who all advise me it was a privately owned company and they could not assist me as they are considering it as a no-show versus a unauthorized debit and even if I was to email the company, it goes directly back to the front desk manager, and the same answer would be provided they would deny the refund and advise me to work with my bank, . I contacted Chase after and submitted the dispute. They provided me the temporary credit & month later the credit was removed, they stated it was because the information matched what was listed on Expedia which was how the merchant was able to process the transaction as I never gave them my information directly .They pulled my information from Expedia, who also attempted to reach out to the merchant on four different occasions, and was denied the refund request .I reside in Orlando Florida and have never been out of the state. Once they remove the credit I sent in more evidence a letter from Expedia, also bank statements and information from the hotel manager proving I never was in California, and I never initiated this debit. I was told the claim was re-opened. I followed up today, and was advised even with the evidence it was never reopened.I never gave this company, my card information or authorize them to debit my account. at this time I feel discriminated against violated, and that my information was compromised, nor secure with Chase and within the next 30 days I am closing my joint, credit and college account I was never given an alert. It was never flagged as fraud, nor was I informed about the debit when reaching back out to the merchant, they persisted with they could not assist, and Chase advised they could only file one claim and have exhausted that attempt& there was nothing else they could do to help me retrieve the funds back. Chase did not protect me from this unauthorized debit.

Easy Parking. Short wait. The teller named Susan was very efficient, professional, polite, welcoming, helpful. Susan should be involved in leadership and training of junior employees.

Raquel ruined the experience of my 18 year old Daughter opening her Checking/Savings account. Very rude, cocky and unpleasant experience. Brought my change back that I gave to open the accounts. It was the worst $10 bill and wouldn't go in the ATM. She told me to stand in the line to exchange it. I just went to the car. My Daughter was disappointed as well as I was. Not to mention Raquel didn't respond to an email sent to her on Friday....anyway hopefully we won't need her service again.

As a chase bank business member I have had to deal with several specialist A number of different branches. Was my first experience at the Silverstar branch. Although I had heard negative reviews from other business members this was the closest bank to my location on the day of my visit. As someone who has a small business I understand all about customer service, going the extra mile and especially valuing someone's time. I went into this chase and had the worst experience I have ever had. I was highly disappointed and irritated with the lack of effort acknowledge

After dealing with another Chase Branch in Orlando and not having good results, Raquel at the Ocoee Branch handled all my requests and issues with great care. She made sure that everything was corrected and in order before i left the Branch. If i could give her 6 stars i would.
