Dear valued customers,
I am reaching out to you today with a heavy heart. On July 13, 2024, my experience at the Best Buy outlet store in Ocoee was nothing short of distressing. As I was making a significant purchase for a new fridge, a situation unfolded that I never expected.
A white male Best Buy employee walked past me the parent to physically reprimanded my autistic child by slapping his hand for simply playing with a light up keypad that was by the register.
Despite my immediate reaction and calls for the manager to address the situation, I was met with dismissiveness and excuses. The lack of empathy and accountability displayed by the staff was truly disheartening.
I believe in standing up for what is right and ensuring that everyone, regardless of their background, is treated with respect and dignity. No parent should have to fear for the safety of their child in a public place. I implore you to join me in holding Best Buy accountable for their actions and demanding better treatment for all customers and children with disabilities.
It is crucial that we do not let incidents like these go unnoticed or unaddressed. Our voices have power, and together, we can make a difference. Let us advocate for a more inclusive and compassionate shopping experience for all individuals.

They have a wide variety of appliances to choose from, good prices, and warranty options. They do accept Best Buy Credit cards with up to 18 months 0 interest rate. They also accept other methods of payment. Their delivery service is NOT free. Other than that they have friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will use them again.

Easy order to on line and fast pick up. My item was ready as soon as I walked in store. If buying a large appliance bring pick up truck and straps for transporting home.

Bought a new TV here. Expected to be in the store all afternoon and then maybe have the new TV delivered next week. Busy person stopped his work and helped me with great care and interest. He also made all the payment and delivery arrangements. Three hours later the TV was in my living room completely set up. No mess. Old useless TV and packing hauled away. Who can beat that? In a few hours I went from wrestling with an awful TV to a large screen with bright, microscopic detail in every scene. Installers were professionals who explained every detail. In no way could this transaction have been any better.

Two employees were helping one guest. 5 employees at counter either on their cell phone or just conversating with each other, not even recognizing any other customers walking around lost. I guess this is what has happened to customer service. Employees want higher wages with less work.
